BAYERN SEE IT OUT!

And there you have it. It was a spirited performance from Paderborn - and Flick is now having what looks like a friendly chat with Baumgart down on the touchline - but ultimately the bottom side in the division head home empty-handed. Bayern did what champions do, they ground out the win, and they're guaranteed to still be top of the table at the end of the weekend. The pressure is now on Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig to follow suit. For the Bavarian giants, focus switches to next week's big UEFA Champions League trip to Chelsea.

KICK-OFF!

Here we go again. Can Bayern restore their lead and move temporarily four points clear at the top tonight?
90'

ALMOST 4-2 FOR BAYERN!

Gnabry has a chance to join Lewandowski on two goals, but it's another great save from Zingerle. If the Germany international had squared it, Zirkzee would have had an open goal...
88'

LEWY!

He doesn't have to! Lewandowski surely has the winner! This time the ball across from Gnabry is inch-perfect and the Bayern No.9 sweeps in his 25th goal of the campaign from close range. Surely Paderborn can't equalise for a third time?
87'

ZIRKZEE FOR A LATE WINNER?

The 18-year-old has done it before this term... can he strike again late off the bench?
85'

KNOCKOUT BLOW?

A bit of pinball in the area after a Bayern corner, but Paderborn get it clear and almost hit on the counter with Jestrzembski. Both sides could still win this!
81'

FRIDJONSSON ON

One January signing replaces another for Paderborn as Fridjonsson comes on for the goalscorer Srbeny. No pressure for his Bundesliga debut - he just has to help his relegation-threatened side hold on to a valuable point against Bayern at the Allianz.
80'

COMMUNICATION BREAKDOWN

A chance goes begging for Bayern as Lewandowski and Coman fail to find each other properly - in the end the Pole attempts an ambitious lob which goes over the bar.
79'

COMAN!

Another chance for the France winger, but it's low and easy for Zingerle. Bayern have just over 10 minutes to find a winner, or they could lose top spot to Leipzig tomorrow.
76'

MICHEL EQUALISES!

The supersub has done it again! This is such a simple goal for Bayern to concede - it's slipped through from the midfield to Jastrzembski, who has all the time in the world to drive forward and shoot - Neuer can only parry into the path of Michel, who sweeps home for 2-2. Paderborn are showing great heart here, the bottom side in the Bundesliga are really taking it to the leaders!
75'

Sven Michel

GOAL!

2:2
Sven Michel
74'

ZINGERLE, NEUER-STYLE!

The Paderborn keeper comes rushing off his line, but - unlike Neuer earlier in the game - he makes contact with the ball, nicking it off Coman's toe as he threatens to race through.
71'

LEWY PUTS BAYERN BACK IN FRONT

Another mistake from Pröger and another goal for Bayern! The Paderborn man loses the ball in midfield, and Bayern feed it to Gnabry on the left byline - he pulls back for Lewandowski and this time, Europe's leading goalscorer makes no mistake.
69'

DAVIES FROM DISTANCE...

... but the Canadian's thunderous effort flies high into the stands. But now Lewandowski has finally got his goal!
67'

INSTANT IMPACT FROM THE SUBS

Müller wins a ball back on the edge of the Paderborn area and feeds Lewandowski, who sees yet another effort blocked - and the ball is then floated to Coman at the back post, but he can't apply enough power to squeeze it past Zingerle.
62'

GREAT RUN FROM MICHEL!

The substitute comes barrelling through the middle for Paderborn, although he can't quite shake off Thiago, and in the end the shot is easy for Neuer to save. As you'd expect, here come Müller and Coman for Bayern, replacing Coutinho and Odriozola.
59'

BAYERN SHORT OF IDEAS

The hosts are controlling possession but they can't break down a well-organised Paderborn defence at the moment. Flick will no doubt make a change soon - perhaps the introduction of Müller or Coman will add a bit of thrust to the Bayern attack.
56'

ZINGERLE WINNING HIS BATTLE WITH LEWY

Both of those saves from the Paderborn stopper were to deny the prolific Pole. Meanwhile Sven Michel has come on for the injured Mamba - he came off the bench to score a late winner against Werder Bremen back in December.
52'

GREAT SAVE ZINGERLE! AND AGAIN!

Gnabry slips a delightful ball through to Lewandowski, whose powerful drive is parried behind for a corner by Zingerle. And the Paderborn keeper then does really well to save from point-blank range from the set piece! Brilliant stuff.
50'

WHAT A CHANCE FOR MAMBA!

A lightning counter from Paderborn sees Jastrzembski come flying down the left, and he whips in a brilliant ball for Mamba, but the striker fails to connect from about eight yards out. It looks like he might have hurt his knee in the process, too... yes, the visitors are going to be forced into their second injury-enforced change of the night.
Kick-off!

HALF-TIME!

Well, that has woken up the Paderborn fans! Bayern looked pretty comfortable once they went ahead through Serge Gnabry, who is now up to 41 goals in 100 Bundesliga appearances, but a glaring error from Neuer has given the bottom side in the division hope. Game on!
Half-time
44'

SRBENY EQUALISES!

Commentator's curse! But this is an absolute howler from Manuel Neuer, who sprints off his line to intercept a long ball forward for Srbeny, and completely misses it! Paderborn's No.18 keeps his cool, avoiding several Bayern defenders who come sliding in, and slams home for 1-1! It's a gift from the Bundesliga leaders.
44'
Dennis Srbeny
41'

COUTINHO SHOULD DO BETTER!

Gjasula is caught in possession near his own penalty area, but the Brazilian fails to punish him for it, conjuring up a tame effort that Zingerle gathers. It feels like there's a second Bayern goal coming, but Paderborn are just about weathering the storm right now...
40'

ANOTHER CHANCE FOR LEWY!

A teasing ball comes in from the right, Lewandowski tries to stretch for it but Strohdiek just about does enough to put the Bayern striker off. About a minute later, the Pole can't quite connect with Tolisso's delivery either. A frustrating evening so far for the man who has 36 goals in all competitions this season.
37'

THIAGO SETTING THE TEMPO

Coutinho isn't the only one seeing a lot of the ball at the moment - Bayern's Spanish metronome Thiago Alcantara is also pulling the strings in midfield.
37'

MAMBA ON A CHARGE

The Paderborn striker comes streaking down the left but he has Alaba in front of him - so tries to pick out Pröger on the other side. More good covering work from Davies and Bayern get the danger clear.
35'

STAT ATTACK

So far we've had 4 shots for Bayern and 0 for Paderborn - and 5 fouls for Paderborn and 0 for Bayern. Another Odriozola cross goes out for a corner to the hosts, which the visitors manage to scramble clear.
33'

HOLTMANN OFF

Another blow for Paderborn as the returning Holtmann is forced off after his earlier clash of heads with Coutinho. On comes  Jastrzembski in his place. Meanwhile Gjasula is shown the game's first yellow card for clattering the Brazilian.
26'

LEWY AGAIN!

Coutinho is really looking up for this tonight - perhaps he's hoping to convince Flick to pick him for the Chelsea game next week? Anyway, he shows great technique and balance on his way to the byline, before a sudden change of direction and a ball in for Lewandowski. It's another close-range header, but the Bundesliga's top scorer can't summon enough power to trouble Zingerle.
26'

GNABRY OPENS THE SCORING

A perfect way for Serge Gnabry to celebrate his 100th Bundesliga appearance. Kai Pröger is guilty of trying to be a bit too clever on the edge of his own penalty area, attempting a sombrero over Lewandowski and getting dispossessed by Davies. After a bit of pinball it comes through to Gnabry, who swivels and fires low into the bottom corner for 1-0. The leaders are up and running.
25'

Serge Gnabry

GOAL!

1:0
Serge Gnabry
20'

LEWANDOWSKI FOR TOLISSO... NEARLY!

A slick move from Bayern concludes with the Pole trying to play in the Frenchman, but it's a tad overhit and Zingerle springs off his line to smother the danger. Plenty of little half-chances so far, but we've yet to see a proper save.
19'

A RARE SNIFF FOR PADERBORN

... but the cross in from the left flank is brilliantly cut out by Davies in the Bayern penalty area. That boy has some pace.
17'

ODRIOZOLA AGAIN!

The Real Madrid loanee is certainly getting stuck in on his Bundesliga debut. Another lovely pass from Coutinho releases the Spaniard inside the area, but his drilled cross is behind Lewandowski - it needed to be softer and further forward. A lot of Bayern's attacks coming down that right hand side at the moment.
11'

TEKKERS FROM COUTINHO

The Brazilian with a lovely backheel to complete a one-two with Odriozola, but the Spaniard's cross is cut out by the Paderborn defence. There's then a nasty clash of heads between Coutinho and Holtmann, and the latter is currently down receiving treatment. It looks like he'll be OK.
9'

BAYERN TAKING CONTROL

The hosts are starting to get their feet on the ball and probe the Paderborn defence - the visitors look happy to try to hit on the counter or send long balls over the top for Mamba and Srbeny.
8'

CLOSE!

A first sniff for Bayern as Odriozola whips in a fine ball from the right for Lewandowski, who has a free header but put it just wide of the post. That could easily have been 1-0.
4'

DISALLOWED GOAL FOR PADERBORN

Mamba latches onto a through ball and slides it under Manuel Neuer, but he, the linesman and everybody else in the stadium knew it was offside, the official simply couldn't raise his flag until the end of the action...
1'

UNDERWAY IN BAVARIA

After a tribute to the victims of this week's terrorist attack in Hanau, the ball is rolling at the Allianz Arena.
Kick-off!

PLAYERS ON THE PITCH!

As the players gather in the tunnel, the TV cameras pan in on Alvaro Odriozola - what a moment this is for the 24-year-old Spaniard. He and the rest of the Bayern team then get a rousing reception from the 75,000 fans inside the Allianz Arena - which is, as always, sold out.

250 NOT OUT

This is Bayern's 250th Bundesliga outing at the Allianz Arena, which has been their home since 2005. Matchday 23 will be underway in fewer than 10 minutes!

FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

This is only Bayern's second Friday night outing of the season – they drew 2-2 with Hertha Berlin on the opening day – but the record Bundesliga champions tend to enjoy an early start to the weekend, especially on home soil. They haven't lost a Friday home game since September 1999!

TWO CHANGES FOR PADERBORN

After last week's defeat at home to Hertha Berlin, Steffen Baumgart has decided to bring January signing Dennis Srbeny into his starting line-up this evening, alongside top scorer Streli Mamba. The other change sees Gerrit Holtmann - who was suspended for the last two games - take the place of Jamilu Collins in midfield.

GOLIATH VS. DAVID

Bayern and Paderborn are currently separated by 30 – THIRTY – points in the table, with the hosts a point ahead of Leipzig at the top, and the visitors a point behind Fortuna Düsseldorf and Werder Bremen at the bottom. Bayern have won the Bundesliga 28 times, while Paderborn are fighting for survival in just their second top-flight campaign, having already gone down on their debut in 2014/15. No prizes for guessing who the favourites are tonight…

DEFENSIVE CHANGES FOR BAYERN

With Jerome Boateng and Benjamin Pavard both missing through suspension, Hansi Flick has shuffled his pack at the back. Lucas Hernandez makes his first start since mid-October after an ankle injury, he'll be partnering David Alaba in central defence, while  Real Madrid loanee Alvaro Odriozola makes his Bundesliga bow for Bayern at right-back. Further up the pitch, Philippe Coutinho and Corentin Tolisso come in for Thomas Müller and Kingsley Coman.
