ADDED TIME

We're now into four minutes of time added on at the end of this game. Will we see some late drama!?

WHAT A SAVE FROM LUTHE!

Bayern denied by one of the most remarkable saves you are ever likely to see. Coman's cross is headed at goal by Sane, but Luthe almost goes into slow-motion as he pulls the ball back out off his line in mid-air. Incredible!

79'

BECKER BOOKED

A third caution of the night for Union, with the Becker the next to be shown a yellow card.
75'

ENDO SO CLOSE!

Another Union breakaway as Awoniyi finds Endo racing forward from midfield. It's a 4-on-2 for Union and Endo curls a shot from the edge of the Bayern box. Neuer reads it well and makes a crucial save.
72'

PRÖMEL BOOKED

The Union scorer is cautioned after bringing down Coman.

THAT MAN AGAIN!

It had to be Lewandowski to find the way through for Bayern. But once again, it's Coman who is the architecht. It's outstanding from the Frenchman as he dribbles past two Union defenders on the left and cuts the ball back from the byline to Lewandowski who pokes the ball past Luthe.

BECKER FIRES WIDE

Bülter does well to find Teuchert in space in the middle and he then finds Becker on the left. He has room to shoot and goes for it with his left foot, but drags his shot wide across goal. Union finding their way forward again and again here.
63'

FIRST CHANGE

Sane is on for Musiala with coach Hansi Flick looking for an equaliser.
62'

SHOT BLOCKED!

Another great opportunity for Union as Teuchert skips past Boateng to break into the Bayern box from the left. He spots Bülter on the edge and finds him, but the Union midfielder's shot is blocked in front of goal. Chances at both ends here!

HUGE CHANCE AGAIN!

Another huge chance for Union to extend their lead as Becker sends in a teasing cross from the right. It bounces in front of goal and Awoniyi lunges for it ahead of a defender but just can't get a touch on the ball with Neuer letting it go by. Union still looking capable of scoring.
55'

COMAN BLOCKED!

Lewandowski threads a perfect pass in behind Lenz to meet Coman's run into the box. Luthe springs out from his goal and blocks his shot and his defence clears the ball after it had deflected up into the air.
54'

BOTH BACK ON

Lewandowski and Friedrich now back on here.

CLASH OF HEADS

Friedrich and Lewandowski collide in the air as they go up for a header and both players are down.
51'

ON THE BACK FOOT

Union having to deal with plenty of early pressure here at the start of the second half. Still just the one save for Luthe to make so far in this game, however.
49'

BETTER START

Bayern looking to take control of the possession here and have gotten themselves forward quickly with a couple of early corners. Union's defence dealing with those well, though.

KNOCHE BOOKED

Union's central defender brings down Musiala on the edge of the Union box.

GNABRY FORCES A SAVE

It's the first save Luthe has had to make here as Müller chips the ball from one corner of the box to the other and Gnabry fires a shot with his left. Luthe is ready and waiting for it and punches the ball away with a solid save.
40'

UNION DISCIPLINED

Union are defending with five across midfield when out of possession but they aren't just sitting back. The home side are pressing Bayern across the pitch when they have the ball and forcing mistakes consistently. Awoniyi is the man leading the line and he's been fantastic in holding up play and running in behind.

ALABA NOT FAR WIDE!

Gnabry goes short with a free-kick to Alaba, who duly strikes at goal from 25 yards. It's moving and dipping and worries Luthe, but drifts wide of goal by a couple of yards in the end.

KEEPING THE WING MEN QUIET

Trimmel, Becker, Lenz and Bülter have been fantastic so far here. The duos on either flank are having to deal with Bayern's wingers as well as Pavard and Davies pushing up the pitch. So far, all of them have been kept quiet and have been forced to centrally for more touches on the ball.
25'

BAYERN DENIED

Lewandowski is in on goal with Friedrich in close behind him. There's a touch from the defender, but it sends Lewandowski down too easily for the referee's liking and no penalty is given.

HUGE CHANCE FOR AWONIYI!

It should be 2-0 to Union. The loanee is played in on goal again by Becker and he leaves Alaba on the ground as he fakes a shot into the penalty area before finally shooting. He beats Neuer, but his strike back across goal dribbles just wide of the mark.
18'

BAYERN NOT IN SYNC

Bayern not making the brightest of starts here so far. They are forcing the ball forward when in possession with Union pressing the defensive line superbly. Possession for lengthy spells has been harder to come by than usual.

TOUCH LETS GNABRY DOWN

A fantastic through ball from Lewandowski finds Gnabry making the perfect run in behind the Union defence. It looks like he'll take the ball around Luthe and score, but the ball bobbles loose from his first touch and goes out for a goal kick. A golden chance for Bayern to level the game.

MATCHING BAYERN EVERYWHERE

The lightning start by Union is continuing here. Every Bayern player is being matched by their marker in red so far, with Union winning their individual battles and finding space in behind the visitors' defence.
4'

PRÖMEL HEADS HOME!

What a start for Union and they make the most of their early pressure to take the lead. A first Bundesliga goal for Prömel and what a memorable one. He is at the near post and superbly heads Trimmel's corner kick back across the face of goal, beyond Neuer and into the far corner.

HUGE CHANCE FOR AWONIYI!

The Union striker is played clean through on goal by a simple ball over the top in the opening minute and races to the Bayern penalty area before shooting at goal. Neuer produces a stunning save to his right to punch the ball away. What a start here!

UNDERWAY!

Bayern get things underway in Berlin for this evening's main event.
Kick-off!

FIVE MINUTES TO GO!

Both sets of players are getting their final instructions ahead of this mouth-watering Saturday evening fixture. It's Union welcoming Bayern to the capital.

TALE OF THE TAPE

With Leipzig's win over Bremen earlier on, Bayern currently sit second in the table before play this evening in the capital. It's just a one-point difference, though, with victory tonight taking them back to top spot. Union have goals of their own. They sit eighth right now, and a win tonight would take them above Borussia Dortmund and into fifth place in the table.

MÜLLER THE EVER-PRESANT

Müller is the only outfield player at Bayern to have started every league game so far this season. He has scored six goals, whilst covering more ground and winning more challenges than any of his teammates.

BAYERN FIRING ON ALL CYLINDERS

Bayern have scored a club record 34 goals after 10 matches. Sixteen against at this juncture, however, is an ignominious high for a Bundesliga leader. Lewandowski has scored once in each of his two Bundesliga appearances against Union. He needs two more to reach 250 Bundesliga goals in his career.

HOPE WITHOUT KRUSE?

Union are the joint-second highest scorers in this season's Bundesliga with 22 goals. On average, they are finding the net with every sixth shot on goal. But Kruse - who is missing tonight and for the next two months - has had a hand in 11 of them, scoring six and assisting five. Andrich is next on the list with three goals, followed by Taiwo Awoniyi, Joel Pohjanpalo and Cedric Teuchert (all two goals).

WATCH: INSIDE THE ALTER FÖRSTEREI!

UNION TEAM NEWS

Max Kruse is set to miss eight weeks for Union and another setback from their derby defeat to Hertha is midfielder Robert Andrich, who was sent off in the first half and serves the first part of a three-game suspension. With the vastly experienced Christian Gentner battling back from a calf injury, Sebastian Griesbeck fills in here, while Sheraldo Becker replaces Kruse in attack, adding the kind of pace that has often troubled the champions this season.

BAYERN TEAM NEWS

Alphonso Davies made his return from an ankle injury against Lokomotiv, and starts again here, with Lucas Hernandez on the bench. Further absentees in central midfield mean options are limited, with Leon Goretzka and Jamal Musiala occupying the double pivot. David Alaba was also given a break on Wednesday and slots back into the defence in his now customary centre-back position after playing at left-back in the 3-3 draw with RB Leipzig.
