A familiar face
Stefan Leitl has been present in the last eight meetings between these two teams - four times as Hannover boss, four times in charge of Fürth. He coached the hosts from February 2019 to June 2022, achieving promotion to the Bundesliga with the Cloverleaves in 2021. As a head coach, he has never lost against a former club.
