All over! Hertha are relegated
The most dramatic of finishes to the game sees Hertha Berlin's decade in the top flight come to an end with one game to play. They are relegated from the Bundesliga for the seventh time.

HUGE!
Final minute, corner into the box and Schlotterbeck is up to head it in. Hertha are about to go down!

Post!
Now it's Hertha denied by the woodwork as Ejuke gives Riemann the eyes and pulls his shot low to the near corner, but it smashes off the base of the post.
88'
Off the post!
So close for Bochum, who are now below Schalke in the table after they equalised, as Schlotterbeck latches onto a ball flicked on in the box. It takes a big deflection and clips the outside of the post.

One taken for the team as he stops a break. The left-back will now be suspended on the final day.

Golden chance!
Great opportunity to put this to bed for Hertha as Lukebakio leads a break up the right. Riemann is in absolute no-man's-land racing out to try and cut him off and will never catch him on the turn. It takes a brilliant slide from Ordets to block the square ball with the goal open.

Holtmann!
Immediate chance for the sub moments after coming on, but he drags wide.

A reminder of the scenarios:
Things are going Hertha's way right now. Remember that they would be relegated today if: They don't beat Bochum; Bochum get at least a draw AND Stuttgart or Schalke win; Stuttgart and Schalke win.

The difference one moment makes...
Hertha's chances of victory and potential survival were fading with every passing minute. But that Tousart header means the odds are now once again in their favour.

Christensen again!
The Dane is keeping Hertha in the Bundesliga as he produces yet another brilliant reaction stop to deny an Asano header.

Applause and cheers from the crowd to Boateng as he makes way in what looks set to be his final game for his hometown club.

This one counts!
Delirium around the Olympiastadion! They've not scored from a corner all season but Tousart has just headed in Richter's in-swinger to put the capital club ahead and - at least for another week as it stands - keep them in the Bundesliga!

Headed over
First we've seen from Bochum in a while as Hofmann meets a corner but heads over.

Wasted by Richter
He's scored some worldies in his time but this was a bit of a waste as the forward cuts inside and fires well over the far corner.
58'
Another goal
Not here, but in Gelsenkirchen, where Frankfurt have come from behind to take the lead. It's good news for both these sides. But again, actually irrelevant from a Hertha perspective since they'll be down regardless of other results if they don't score here.

Over from Jovetic
lukebakio drives in from the right and lays it off to Jovetic. He has options on the overlap but goes for the curler to the far corner and can only apologise as it goes over the bar.
49'
Jovetic!
Very good run from the Montenegro international as he drifts between the centre-backs to get onto a long diagonal into the box from Serdar. He's always backtracking to meet it and does very well to get a telling head on it. But it looks agonisingly over the crossbar.
47'
Teasing from Richter
Front foot from the desperate hosts and they win a corner as Richter clips one into the box for Riemann to push over his bar. The Berliners are yet to score from a corner this season. And they won't do hear as Richter's delivery sails over everyone.
46'
Back we come
No changes from either side as Hertha launch the ball upfield straight from the kick-off. They simply must score to even have a chance of staying up.

Half-time: Hertha 0-0 Bochum
Hertha need to win or they're down. They've had the ball in the net through Lukebakio before it was chalked off. Their odds of winning have fallen with 45 minutes gone, but not by much as Bundesliga Match Facts show.

Masovic comes off worse from a clash of heads and needs some treatment to stop the blood as we go into one minute of added time.

Lukebakio!
Lovely flick around the corner from Serdar and Lukebakio is in. He opens up his body looking to slide it beyond Riemann, who sorts his feet quickly enough to save. Richter was calling for it square, but Lukebakio had every right to go for it there.

Clear yellow
The skipper takes one for the team with Serdar looking to skip away, pulling him back just over the halfway line.
35'
Förster!
Hertha are all over the shop at the back and Förster tries to pounce with a curling effort. Just wide. But they're edging closer, you feel.

Christensen to the rescue!
He made a career-best 10 stops last week against Cologne and has just produced a brilliant stop here, diving to his left while still moving to his right to deny Asano's diving header.
27'
Bochum penalty?
The visitors are calling for one as Dardai slides in to try and cut off Antwi-Adjei. The ball clearly strikes the defender's hand, but it's the hand he's using to break his fall. All claims rightly waved away by the referee.
27'
Antwi-Adjei!
Close from the Bochum winger as he takes a punt with a curling effort from the left of the box. Christensen scrambles a bit but is always able to watch it bend over.
22'
Amongst all that...
Good news for both sides as Frankfurt have equalised in Gelsenkirchen. Ultimately means nothing for Hertha, since they must win. But Bochum are now back above the bottom three as it stands. But that will change so many more times today.

It won't count!
Referee Brych is summoned over to the monitor to look at an incident involving Jovetic and Ordets in the build-up. A quick check and it's deemed the Montenegrin has pulled the Ukrainian down. No goal!
19'
BIG GOAL!
Just what the hosts needed as Lukebakio latches onto a loose ball just over the halfway line. He's away and absolutely nobody is catching him. Long strides, racing away and a calm finish into the bottom left corner.

Lukebakio drives forward
The Belgium international races up the right flank on his 100th appearance for Hertha and tries to flash the ball across the face of goal. Riemann sticks out a leg to turn it behind.

Another stoppage
This game was always going to be physical given what's at stake. Next man down and holding his ribs is Bochum goalkeeper Riemann after coming to punch a free-kick clear.
10'
Asano down
The Japan international thinks he's got a chance to nip in behind but Rogel comes flying across to stop him, taking some of the ball as well as plenty of the man on his way through. Goal-kick is the decision from referee Felix Brych.
6'
First chance!
Almost a great start for the visitors as Heintz puts the ball into the middle. It's met by Hofmann, but he plants his header just the wrong side of the post.
4'
Crowd really up for it
Given this could potentially be the last Bundesliga game here for some time, the home supporters have come out in their numbers to push their team. And they're making a hell of a noise with every little bit of action.
1'
Big goal elsewhere!
The ball hadn't even started moving here in Berlin before Schalke had gone ahead at home to Frankfurt. That will be a big psychological blow already for both sides, as they move ahead of Bochum into 15th.

Must-win for Hertha
It's now or never for bottom side Hertha. If the Old Lady don't beat Bochum, they will be relegated. Even a draw won't be enough, if Stuttgart, Schalke or both win at the weekend. Victory for 15th-placed Bochum, meanwhile, would mark a huge step in the right direction - and potentially see them safe with a game to spare, depending on results elsewhere.
