The visit of Augusburg marks Baumgart's first home game as head coach of Union. The last time he turned out at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei was his last match as a Union player - all the way back on 16 May 2004. He managed to mark the occasion with a goal as Union drew 2-2 with Karslruhe.
