"Kevin will do another training session with [goalkeeping coach] Jan Zimmermann and the other goalkeepers. Then we need to see if we get the green light. All decisions will be made in discussion with one another. Zimbo has the best impression out there. If Kevin is 100 percent and we have a good feeling, then Trappo will play."

Kompany's thoughts on Frankfurt

"It's always a special game in Frankfurt. They're a good team on the counter, with lots of young players and lots talent. The club and the team can still grow. But it's also a normal game for us. We want to get our points and keep going in the Bundesliga."

Toppmöller's thoughts on Bayern

"A key factor is how sharp they are in pressing and counter-pressing. But as we saw on Wednesday [1-0 loss at Aston Villa], you don't always need to have the greatest amount of possession. It'll definitely be very strenuous. The boys will have to suffer a lot."

Brought in for injured club captain Kevin Trapp (hip), Brazilian keeper Kauã Santos pulled off a string of incredible saves to keep Beşiktaş at bay in the UEFA Europa League Matchday 2 clash. The 21-year-old is tipped to start once again when Bayern come calling on Sunday.
