Bayern Munich release special-edition 2026 Oktoberfest jersey
To coincide with the 2026 Oktoberfest celebrations, Bayern Munich have released their special-edition jersey, which they will debut on Matchday 4 of the Bundesliga campaign.
An Oktoberfest jersey is something of a tradition for the record German champions, who have been releasing one-off shirts since the 2021/22 campaign. Last term's top was produced to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the club, as well as 190 years of the Munich beer festival.
While this year's edition is not linked to a specific milestone, it has been produced to 'celebrate everything that makes Oktoberfest so special: joie de vivre, community and diversity," as per the club's official website. It constitutes a colourful, floral pattern, and is said to capture the unique atmosphere that 'characterises Munich' during Oktoberfest.
Additionally, the Bayern Oktoberfest logo will replace the usual club badge, while the official Oktoberfest emblem will be visible on the back of the neck.
This shirt will be worn for Bayern's home game against Union Berlin on 18 September 2026 and is already available to purchase via club shops and their online store.
