The eyes of 205 countries worldwide will be watching when defending Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich welcome current league leaders Borussia Dortmund to the Allianz Arena in Der Klassiker on Saturday (kick-off: 6.30pm CEST/5.30pm BST/12.30pm ET).

With only two points separating the heavyweight title rivals in the pre-Matchday 28 standings, fans in all four corners of the globe will be able to experience 'Football As It’s Meant To Be' thanks to a state-of-the-art broadcast production.

A total of 65 Bundesliga broadcasters will beam the 100th Bundesliga edition of Der Klassiker around the world, using cutting-edge technology to take fans' matchday experience to another level.

Twenty-five cameras will bring the action to life, with technological innovations - unique to the Bundesliga - such as corner-flag cams, overhead drones shots, and a remote-controlled mini ultra-slow-motion camera all part of the unparalleled live package.

Augmented Reality technology will also be used to illustrate various graphics such as the team line-ups and statistics, while 16 broadcasters will be covering the action live from inside the Allianz Arena.

Those looking to share in the excitement will be able to visit the thousands of cafes and bars that will be showing Der Klassiker live. What's more, over 50 official worldwide Viewing Parties have been organised by clubs, media partners and the Bundesliga.

In Mexico City, Bundesliga legend and title winner Pavel Pardo headlines the Bundesliga Experience event. There will also be large-scale get-togethers in Houston, USA, New Delhi, India, Jakarta, Indonesia, Dubai, UAE and Beijing China, as well as Warsaw in Poland.

Other activities around the game involving guest appearances from former Bundesliga players and Klassiker participants include mini-tournaments and coaching sessions by German clubs.

If that was not enough, live fan reactions will be captured and shared on both the Bundesliga's and the clubs' official social media channels, while a select group of the world’s top social media influencers, including Vanessa Huppenkothrn and Rannvijay Singha, will be posting live from the game in Munich.
