Bayern Munich 5-1 RB Leipzig

The record Bundesliga champions sent out an unmissable statement with a big victory over title rivals Leipzig.

Bayer Leverkusen 5-1 Freiburg

Florian Wirtz scored one and provided a hat-trick of assists for Patrik Schick – who ended up with four goals – as the reigning champions signed off for the year in style.

Eintracht Frankfurt 1-3 Mainz

Paul Nebel scored two as a clinical 10-man Mainz side caused an upset away to neighbours Eintracht Frankfurt.

Wolfsburg 1-3 Borussia Dortmund

Dortmund claimed their first away win of the season in Wolfsburg.

Werder Bremen 4-1 Union Berlin

Marco Grüll bagged an early brace as Bremen claimed a big victory over Union to make it three wins on the bounce and climb to sixth place. 

Hoffenheim 1-2 Borussia Mönchengladbach

Alassane Pléa struck a classy winner as Gladbach prevailed in Hoffenheim, making it back-to-back Bundesliga wins for the first time in two years. 

VfB Stuttgart 0-1 St. Pauli

St. Pauli sprang the upset 1-0 away to Stuttgart, Johannes Eggestein's lone strike proving enough to clinch a fourth win of the season for Die Kiezkicker.

Holstein Kiel 5-1 Augsburg

Kiel claimed their second win of the season in emphatic fashion, Japan striker Shūto Machino starring with two goals and two assists. 

Bochum 2-0 Heidenheim

Bottom club Bochum clinched their first win of the season in what could prove a crucial result against relegation rivals Heidenheim.
