Jean-Mattéo Bahoya joins Leeds United on loan from Eintracht Frankfurt
France U21 international winger Jean-Mattéo Bahoya has joined Leeds United from Eintracht Frankfurt on an initial loan.
Bahoya has moved to the English club for the duration of the 2026/27 season, with an obligation to make it a permanent transfer later.
"Jean-Mattéo has developed really well at Eintracht and has gradually stepped up to international level. The move to Leeds is a new stage for him in his career. We'd like to thank him for his efforts and commitment, and wish him all the best for the future," said Frankfurt sporting director Tommo Hardung.
The Frenchman joined Frankfurt from French side Angers in January 2024 and went on to make 78 appearances for the Eagles, scoring seven goals and providing eight assists. He was an unused substitute in Frankfurt’s first two games of the season.
