Robert Lewandowski, Manuel Neuer and Leroy Sane join Bayern Munich training
Bayern Munich have stepped up preparations for the new Bundesliga season following the return to training of internationals such as Robert Lewandowski, Manuel Neuer and Leroy Sane.
Some of Bayern's star players were given more time to recover after being involved in a hectic schedule of matches for their countries during the June international break.
Bayern boss Julian Nagelsmann now has his full complement of players to assess after the likes of Lewandowski, Neuer and Sane - as well as French pair Lucas Hernandez and Benjamin Pavard - took part in training on Wednesday.
That final group of Bayern players had returned to the club's training complex at Säbener Straße a day previously to complete medical and performance tests.

On Tuesday, Germany attacker Thomas Müller was back out on the training pitch a day earlier than planned. There he linked up with new signings Ryan Gravenberch, Noussair Mazraoui and Sadio Mane, who had all got into their work the week before.
Later this month Bayern will fly to the USA for friendly matches against DC United in Washington and Manchester City in Green Bay, before they open the new German season by taking on RB Leipzig in the DFL Supercup on 30 July.
The reigning champions then start their league campaign with a trip to UEFA Europa League winners Eintracht Frankfurt on Friday 5 August.
