Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Draw following the Online Evaluation Survey

1. Online evalution survey and Draw

1.1 DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga GmbH, Guiollettstraße 44-46, 60325 Frankfurt/Main, Germany, ("DFL") conducts an online evaluation survey about the usage of the used online medium on the German and English versions of DFL’s official website bundesliga.com as well as DFL’s official accounts at the social media platforms (hereinafter jointly referred to as “Digital Media”) to optimize such Digital Media and to be responsive to the wishes and needs of the users from 6 May 2023 until 23:59 (CEST) on 31 May 2023.

Following the online evaluation survey the participant (“User”) can participate in a draw to win one of of the following 20 prizes by entering his or her email address ("Draw"):

• 10 x 1 Bundesliga club jerseys from different seasons (some signed and some unsigned) and
• 10 x 1 fan scarves,

The Bundesliga club jerseys and fan scarves are randomly assigned and there is no claim for a certain Bundesliga club jersey or fan scarve of a certain club, a certain jersey size and/or a signed jersey.

Participation in the Draw and how it is conducted are governed by these Terms and Conditions ("Ts&Cs"), which the User recognizes as binding upon the User by participating in the Draw.

1.2 Any entries received after the close for the online evaluation survey will not be considered for the Draw.

2. Authorization to participate and win

2.1 Only individuals who have reached the age of 16 years are entitled to participate in the Draw.

2.2 Participation in the Draw is free of charge and voluntary, e.g. the User can also only take part in the online evalution survey.

2.3 The User is responsible for the observation of the guidelines and rules of the respective social media platform which are applicable to the User. The User indemnifies the respective social media platform from claims arising from participation in the online evaluation survey and/or the Competition.

2.4 Any false or fake personal information provided by the User authorizes DFL to exclude him or her from the Draw.

Users who secure an illegal advantage over other Users, or whose entries contain immoral, slanderous, discriminatory, disgusting or other illegal material, or which show or call for illegal activities or appear to conflict with the respective social media platform's guidelines and rules will also be excluded from the Draw. Automatic computer-generated entries, multiple entries as well as entries with more than one email address are not permitted and will not be considered.

Employees of DFL, employees of companies affiliated with DFL within the meaning of §§ 15 et seq. German Stock Corporations Act (Aktiengesetz, "AktG") and DFL Foundation, employees of licensees, partners and sponsors, contractual partners of DFL and of those of companies affiliated with DFL within the meaning of §§ 15 et seq. German Stock Corporations Act (Aktiengesetz, "AktG") and DFL Foundation are excluded from participation. The respective relatives of all these employees are also excluded from participation.

DFL can demand return of a prize that has already been granted in all the above-mentioned situations.

3. Prize notification

3.1 Prizes are limited to one prize per winner.

3.2 The winners will be drawn until 7 June 2023 and notified by email. The respective winner is required to contact DFL within two weeks after the respective notification has been sent. If the respective winner does not do so, the respective prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at DFL’s sole discretion by conducting another draw.

3.3 The claim for the prizes is not transferrable. A cash payout or payout with physical items is excluded.

4. Data privacy

4.1 In he event that it is necessary to redeem a prize, DFL will ask the respective winner for additional contact information (e.g. phone number, postal address). If the prize is redeemed through retailers or other providers, DFL is entitled to share the contact data of the respective winner with the respective retailer or provider so that they can contact the respective winner. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 b) of the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

4.2 DFL will observe all legal provisions on data protection and data safety. All personal data of the User will be solely collected, processed and stored for the conduction of the Draw, and deleted afterwards, unless it DFL is legally required or entitled to further store the respective personal data.

4.3 The controller of personal data processed according to these Ts&Cs is DFL. The further data protection provisions including the rights of the User under the GDPR and the contact data of DFL’s data privacy officer can be found in the privacy statement under the following link.

5. Other provisions

5.1 DFL reserves the right to interrupt or shut down the Draw at any time without stating reasons. Especially reasons involving technology and/or legal matters, as a result of which the Draw can no longer be properly conducted, can be the basis for the end of the Draw.

5.2 The Draw is not connected to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and is not sponsored, supported or organized in any way by the respective social media platform. The aforementioned social media platforms are not the contact person for the Draw. Questions regarding the Competition have only be addressed to DFL at info@bundesliga.com.

5.3 Legal recourse is excluded. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

5.4 Place of performance for the Draw is the registered office of DFL.
