Youssoufa Moukoko was 16 years and 28 days old when he scored his first Bundesliga goal, scoring for Borussia Dortmund at Union Berlin.

Moukoko is the youngest player in Bundesliga history

On Matchday 13 of the 2020/21 season, against Union Berlin, Youssoufa Moukoko scored to make it 1-1 in the 60th minute. He thus found the target for the first time in the Bundesliga just 28 days past his 16th birthday, overtaking Bayer Leverkusen's Florian Wirtz. Wirtz had only set his record on Matchday 30 of the 2019/20 campaign, opening his Bundesliga account at 17 years and 34 days against Bayern Munich.

Tel was the latest youngster to make his way onto the list, shortly after the French striker became the youngest Bayern starter in Bundesliga history. Not satisfied with just the one record, it took Tel less than 36 minutes in the same game to score his first Bundesliga goal. The Frenchman is now the youngest goalscorer in the record champions' history and, overall, ranks fourth on the Bundesliga's list for youngest scorers.
