Granit Xhaka was born on 27 September 1992 in Basel and plays for Bayer 04 Leverkusen. He played for FC Concordia Basel from 2000-2002, for FC Basel from 2003-2012, for Borussia M'gladbach from 2012-2016, for Arsenal FC from 2016-2023 and has played for Bayer 04 Leverkusen since 2023.
