Borussia have won each of their last three Bundesliga matches at Borussia-Park: the last time they recorded four home league wins on the trot was almost five years ago under Marco Rose.

The resumptions of club football after the international break haven’t gone well for St. Pauli this season. The Boys in Brown failed to pick up a single point in their first game back in either September (3-1 loss at Augsburg) or October (2-1 defeat in Dortmund).

This will be the first Bundesliga meeting between the clubs since the 2010/11 campaign, when Pauli won 3-1 at home and 2-1 away before being relegated. More recently, Borussia romped to a 4-1 triumph over the Kiezkicker in the 2015/16 DFB Cup first round.
