Berlin can hope again!

Scherhant crosses from the left side to the far post, where Kenny cleverly controls the ball and lays it off to the better-positioned Cuisance, who strikes from the edge of the penalty area on the right and finds the bottom left corner! Is there still a chance for Hertha?

There's also a change in the starting eleven for Elversberg compared to last week. Sickinger is rotated out, while Şahin gets to start from the beginning.

One change for the Berlin side

After the 2-0 victory in Nuremberg, there's no need for major changes. Only the Icelander Thorsteinsson starts today on the right wing in place of Winkler.

The Elversberg starting eleven

Kristof - Baum, Pinckert, Rohr, Neubauer - Fellhauer, Şahin - Petkov, Damar - Asllani, Schnellbacher

This is how Hertha lines up

Ernst - Kenny, Leistner, Dárdai, Zeefuik - Cuisance, Demme, Maza - Thorsteinsson, Schuler, Scherhant

The Referee Team

Referee: Nicolas Winter, Assistant Referee 1: Patrick Kessel, Assistant Referee 2: Roman Potemkin, Fourth Official: Luca Jürgensen, VAR: Robert Hartmann, Assistant VAR: Franz Bokop

What Cristian Fiél says

"Elversberg have good routines in defence and attack. They've picked up points against teams that are up there, for example, they also scored two goals against Karlsruhe and are excellent at counter-pressing."

What Horst Steffen says

"The disappointment after the match against Ulm was felt by all of us. There were several points that we had done better in the past, and we highlighted these to the lads again – and now we're looking towards Berlin. On Sunday, we have the opportunity to improve a few things; the pressing, the defensive cover, but also our attacking play."
