BAYERN RETURN TO THE TOP
Another swing in the title race as Kingsley Coman's brace inspires Bayern to a comfortable win against Fortuna Düssledorf. Now one point clear of Dortmund with five games to play in the season.

HUMMELS INJURED AT THE END
Mats Hummels looked to pull up with a hamstring injury at the end of the game. We'll have to wait and see if it is anything serious for the defender.

GORETKA SEALS IT
Lewandowski's cross falls between Thiago and Hoffmann and then runs loose for Goretzka in front of goal, and he duly place the ball in the back of the Fortuna net.

THREE MINUTES ADDED ON!
We're into added on time now.

LUKEBAKIO SLOTS HOME
The subsitute steps up and sends Ulreich the wrong way. Into the final minutes now, and surely too little to late for Fortuna.
88'
PENALTY FORTUNA!
Hummels handles the ball in the box after a deflection off Thiago, and Fortuna have a penalty after a check from VAR.
85'
CRUISE CONTROL
Bayern are playing superbly here in making sure there is no sniff for Fortuna to even have a shot at goal. Pure dominance of the ball in this second half as the clock ticks down, with Kovac's side set to re-take top spot one point ahead of Borussia Dortmund.

LUKEBAKIO ON TOO LATE?
The man who scored the only hat-trick against Manuel Neuer in Bundesliga history has only come on with 20 minutes to play. Now that Bayern sit with a three-goal lead, there's no need for the league leaders' defence to push up high and leave space in behind which could be exploited by Lukebakio's pace.

BAYERN IN CONTROL
Keeping possession with confidence and with no mistakes on the ball, Bayern look very comfortable here. A couple of half chances for Lewandowski have come and gone, and substitutions are coming for Fortuna, who are still hoping to change the game late on. Successful day at the office so far for Bayern.

GNABRY POKES HOME A THIRD
Thiago's corner is headed own superbly by Müller to the back post and Gnabry flicks the ball into the back of the net unmarked at the back post.

NEUER INJURED
The Bayern No.1 is not going to be able to continue here as he stumbled while controlling the ball. Looks like a foot injury, and Ulreich will be coming on in his place.

BIG SAVE FROM RENSING
Bayern break down the right with Müller who crosses into the box. The ball falls loose for Thiago on the six-yard line and he smashes the ball at goal, but Rensing makes himself big in the Fortuna goal and keeps the ball out.

COMAN OMEN FOR BAYERN
Bayern have won all 10 of their matches in which Kingsley Coman has scored in the Bundesliga. Having scored twice, that might make it a done-deal already that three points will be going back to Munich with them.
45'
BAYERN CONFIDENTLY CLINICAL
Despite good play from the home side throughout most of that first half, keeping good possession against the defending champions, it was clinical finishing which has made the difference for Bayern. Some luck with the first as Coman's cross found a way through, but nothing can be said about the second goal which was world-class football from Kovac's side. More of that, and Fortuna won't be able to find a way back here.
41'
FANTASTIC FROM BAYERN
Truly superb build-up play from Bayern to get Coman a second goal. Having kept possession for what felt like a good minute, Gnabry then played a pin-perfect through ball behind Kaminski for Kimmich to latch on to. He then cut the ball back to Coman, who found the top corner with a first-time, side-footed strike on his left foot.
39'
COMAN FIRES AT GOAL
A quick counter for Bayern sees Coman sent in on the left. He cuts inside and fires at goal, despite having Lewandowski in support, and Rensing saves well. Fortuna are in total control of the ball and have been for a few minutes now. Strong end to the first half from the home side here.
33'
BAYERN IN A BATTLE
The home side certainly aren't making it easy for Bayern with great shape and structure to their team in this first half. Although Neuer has yet to be tested, he's had to remain alert in case of a break from Fortuna's pacey wingers. Lewandowski has also been kept quiet by Hoffmann and Kaminski.
26'
KOWNACKI GOES CLOSE
Raman snatches the ball from Hummels in the Bayern half and finds Kownacki on the left corner of the box with some space. He goes to shoot, but Süle does superbly to slide in and provide a block to take it over the Bayern crossbar.
23'
LEWANDOWSKI CURLS ONE WIDE
Inches wide of a second goal of the game, as Lewandowski curls a free-kick towards goal from 25 yards out. Rensing was panicked as he dived across his goal, but the ball drifted just a couple of inches wide of the post.
15'
AND THERE IS BAYERN'S LEAD!
Gnabry does superbly to reach a headed clearance from the Fortuna defence first. He then finds Coman out on the left wing who crosses into the box. Müller looks to get on the end of it, but he doesn't quite get a touch and the crosse drifts into the far bottom corner, with the Frenchman credited with the opener.
10'
BAYERN STARTING WELL
The away side looking good on the ball in the opening minutes, with comfortable possession in the home side's half. But Fortuna are certainly on sitting back and merely inviting pressure on their own goal. They're looking to create themselves and beginning to get the ball themselves.
6'
OFF THE POST!
Coman hits the post as Bayern almost strike an early blow. Gnabry picked up the ball on the right wing and sent a low cross into the box, which Coman flicked on from the middle of the goal, but could only watch as it glanced out off the post.
Kick-off!
HERE. WE. GO.
Fortuna are safe, but they can play a big role in the remaining title race today depending on the result against Bayern this afternoon. Another twist in the tale will be taken today...
FUNKEL: "BAYERN ARE BETTER NOW"
Fortuna head coach Friedhelm Funkel is obviously expecting a tough game, but wants his charges to give a good account of themselves: "We're all looking forward to the match and playing in front of a sold-out stadium. We hope we can put up a good fight and we'll need to play in the same way as we have done against big teams earlier this season. Bayern are much better now than they were in the first half of the season. That'll make things harder for us than in the reverse fixture."
ALL OR NOTHING AT HOME
Düsseldorf are the only team in the Bundesliga not to have drawn any of their home games this season, winning seven and losing seven, giving them the majority of their points haul this term (21 of 37). Bayern, ominously, have the best away record in the league (W10 D1 L3) and are unbeaten in their last eight Bundesliga outings.
LEWANDOWSKI UNSUCCESSFUL AGAINST DÜSSELDORF
As difficult as it may be to believe, Bayern forward Robert Lewandowski has never scored against Fortuna in three games. He's overdue a goal here then...
FORTUNA SAFE
Results elsewhere this weekend mean promoted side Düsseldorf can no longer be relegated. They have 37 points on the board while Stuttgart, in the relegation play-off place, are 16 behind but can only earn a maximum of 15 points if they win all their remaining home games. How much of a factor will that be today? Will they be lacking motivation or will it mean they can play with greater freedom? We're about to find out!
