It's just the 18th time that Leverkusen have beaten Bayern in the Bundesliga and although they rode their luck at times, particularly in the second half, they were good value for the win and benefitted from Bailey's clinical finishing.

CAN LEVERKUSEN HOLD ON?
Bayern are peppering their box with crosses and sending five or six players into the area to contest them. It's going to a tough final few minutes for the visitors.
86'
ALL BAYERN
The hosts are trying to make their numerical advantage count and are surrounding the Leverkusen area, biding their time with patient passes. Their best attacks are coming down the left with Davies, Alaba and Coman, but Leverkusen are holding firm so far.
84'

NEXT SUB FOR LEVERKUSEN

77'
BAYERN HIT THE POST!
Goretzka rises brillianty to meet a cross from the left and he guides a header towards goal. It looks like the equaliser, with Hradecky rooted to the spot, but the post comes to Leverkusen's rescue!
75'
LEVERKUSEN GO 4 ON 3!
Bayern give the ball away in midfield and Diaby, who's been brilliant all game, charges at Martinez, who does well to hold him up. Diaby plays it into the middle to Amiri, who shifts the ball to the right to Bellarabi. He takes a touch to settle himself, but blazes a shot well over.
70'
DOUBLE SUBSTITUTION FROM BAYERN
Flick is looking to add exrtra impetus to the attack by bringing on Coutinho and Coman for Müller and Perisic.

GOOD FROM BELLARABI
The Leverkusen sub is involved properly for the first time and finds space to run into down the right. His cross is looking for Volland in the centre, but Martinez gets an important touch on it to block for a corner.
66'
OUTSTANDING FROM NEUER AGAIN
Diaby has the legs on Pavard and tears away down the Leverkusen left. He gets into the box and only has Neuer to beat, but the Bayern 'keeper stays big and makes another important save.

BELLARABI REPLACES BAILEY
Bailey limps off looking glum after taking a knock to the back of his leg. Bellarabi comes on to replace him.
61'
STUNNING DOUBLE SAVE FROM HRADECKY!
Bayern break forward after Bailey loses the ball in midfield and Lewandowski shoots from 16 yards. Hradecky parries it to his left but Müller is first to the rebound and must score... but NO! Hradecky pulls off another brilliant stop to preserve Leverkusen's lead.
59'
PERISIC FIRES OVER!
Bayern's patient build-up gets them in behind the Leverkusen defence and Müller lobs a high ball from the right towards the back post. The unmarked Perisic is charging in and takes it on the volley, but he balloons his shot high over the bar from close range.
55'
WIDE AGAIN FROM LEWANDOWSKI!
Kimmich escapes the attentions of Amiri for a change and plays a beautiful pass through to Perisic, who flicks it into Lewandowski's path. He's got time to shoot, but bends it past the post with the outside of his right boot.
52'
WORLD-CLASS FROM NEUER!
Diaby skips past Davies down the Leverkusen right and squares the ball across the face of goal to Amiri, who slides towards it in the middle. It looks like a certain goal, but Neuer makes a brilliant save to his right to keep it out.
51'
LEVERKUSEN SITTING DEEPER
Bosz has reacted to his side being opened up so frequently in the first half by instructing his players to sit a bit deeper. They're no longer pressing as high up the pitch and are looking more solid at the back.
47'
GORETZKA GLANCES WIDE!
Bayern win an early free-kick, which Kimmich floats into the box from the left. Goretzka is first to it and sends a header just a whisker wide of the far post.
Kick-off!

TIME TO REGROUP
You suspect that Leverkusen coach Peter Bosz has to do something about the defence, as Bayern have been through on Hradecky too many times now. Only a combination of offsides and wayward finishing have kept the visitors in front here. The visitors have been ruthless in the final third though, with Bailey finishing twice.

MONSTER TACKLE FROM LARS BENDER!
Leverkusen's high defensive line has caused them no end of problems so far and they're almost undone again. Gnabry beats Sven Bender to a header in midfield and is clean through on goal. He has Müller to his right and Perisic to his left and opts to pass to the latter (instead of shooting himself), but Lars Bender slides in with an incredible tackle to stop what would surely have been Bayern's second goal.
41'
WIDE FROM LEWANDOWSKI!
Another wayward pass from Leverkusen in midfield and suddenly Bayern are in again. Perisic plays Lewandowski through and he almost has too much time to think about his shot as he goes one-on-one with Hradecky. Incredibly, he places his it wide of the post - but a goal wouldn't have counted anyway as the flag goes up for offside.
39'
GOAL DROUGHT OVER
Müller's goal was his first in the Bundesliga in 21 matches (1359 minutes). Meanwhile, Bailey has his first Bundesliga brace since December 2017.
36'
BAILEY AGAIN!
This is a brilliant counter-attacking goal from Leverkusen. Aranguiz, in his own penalty area, clears the ball forward to Bailey, who plays a lovely one-two with Volland before his pace takes him away from Martinez. Bailey holds his nerve to slot a low shot past Neuer and into the net. Bayern were level for just 113 seconds!
33'
MÜLLER EQUALISES!
Bayern win the ball in midfield and it's flicked forward to Müller, who suddenly has plenty of time and space on the edge of the box. His left-footed shot takes a deflection off Sven Bender and leaves Hradecky with no chance. It had been coming.
31'
GNABRY DRILLS OVER
More good attacking play from Davies, who scampers down the left and outpaces Lars Bender. He looks up and spies Gnabry arriving and picks out a good low pass into his path. Gnabry does well, but blazes over the bar under pressure from a defender.
30'
NERVY FROM HRADECKY
The Leverkusen goalkeeper receives a back pass but his first touch isn't good, flicking the ball behind him so that it almost rolls into the net. There's a gasp from the crowd but Hradecky eventually clears under pressure from Lewandowski.
27'
CLOSE FROM GNABRY
Another good run behind the Leverkusen defence from Gnabry, but he just can't quite get his timing right to connect with a ball that's coming from behind him and Hradecky comes out to smother.
25'
DIABY ON FIRE!
Diaby's pace takes him away from Davies down the Leverkusen right and he cuts inside off the flank. Alaba backs off him and Diaby smacks a shot at goal that's too powerful for Neuer to hold, but he gets enough on it to parry it away.
22'
PERISIC HITS THE BAR!
Leverkusen lose the ball in midfield and it falls to Lewandowski, who instantly plays it through to Perisic. He's one-on-one with Hradecky but crashes his shot off the crossbar. It wouldn't have counted though, as the assistant referee raised his flag for offside.
21'
AMIRI ON KIMMICH
Leverkusen midfielder Nadiem Amiri appears to have been instructed to almost man-mark Joshua Kimmich, who often plays the key pass in unlocking opposition defences. Amiri is hounding him wherever he goes, closing him down quickly as soon as he's on the ball.
19'
BRILLIANT FROM WENDELL
Kimmich plays a superb ball over the defence for Gnabry, but Wendell's with him and nicks the ball off his toe. It goes past Hradecky though and it looks like Lewandowski will have an easy tap-in - but Wendell throws himself in the way with a brave tackle to clear the danger. The Brazilian stays on the ground to receive treatment on his knee, hopefully it's nothing too serious.
16'
BAD LUCK FOR BAYERN
Gnabry's shot off the post was the ninth time they have hit the woodwork this season, more than any other team. Schalke are next on the list with six.
14'
DIABY TRIES HIS LUCK
The Leverkusen youngster is getting his eye in and twice tests Neuer in quick succession with curling left-footed efforts from the edge of the area. Neither shot seriously tested the Bayern No.1, though.
11'
BAILEY BREAKS THE DEADLOCK!
Davies loses the ball in midfield on the left and it goes very quickly from there. The ball is worked to Volland, who spies a brilliant run from Bailey and plays it into his path. The Jamaican has the legs on Pavard and places a shot past Neuer from the edge of the box with his weaker right foot. It's the first goal Bayern have conceded under Hansi Flick.
9'
GNABRY HITS THE POST!
Alaba with a stunning ball from deep, completing cutting through the Leverkusen defence to find Gnabry. He runs through on goal and slots the ball past Hradecky, but it hits the post and the goalkeeper gratefully pounces on the rebound.
8'
IMPRESSIVE START FROM DAVIES
He's been involved in attack already, but here he shows his defensive qualities to recover and muscle Diaby off the ball inside the Bayern area.
7'
FREE-KICK FOR BAYERN
Davies is involved again, suddenly finding himself with room to run into down the left. Just as he gets to the edge of the box he's barged over by Lars Bender and wins a free-kick. Kimmich whips it in for Martinez, who is flagged for offside.
4'
NICE BREAK FROM BAYERN
The hosts recover the ball deep in their own half and suddenly burst forward with a series of one-touch passes. Within seconds, Perisic is on the left-hand edge of the Leverkusen penalty area and he lays the ball off to Davies on the overlap. He's looking for Lewandowski in the middle, but his cross is cut out before it reaches him.
3'
HIGH PRESS
"They defend from the front, just like we do," said Bayern interim boss Hansi Flick prior to the game, and he has been proven right here. Both teams are pushing high up the pitch and chasing down defenders to prevent them building from the back. It's all still a bit scrappy, with possession changing hands freuqently.

HERE WE GO!
Leverkusen captain Lars Bender won the coin toss and opted to kick-off!
Kick-off!
IN THE TUNNEL!
The players are just about to walk out onto the pitch. It's almost go time!
BOSZ MAKES THREE CHANGES
Leverkusen have also tweaked their line-up following the 2-0 Champions League victory away to Lokomotiv Moscow, with Lars Bender, Nadiem Amiri and Julian Baumgartlinger coming in for Panagiotis Retsos, Kerem Demirbay and Karim Bellarabi. Meanwhile, Leon Bailey makes his first Bundesliga start since Matchday 10, after completing his suspension after being sent off against Gladbach.
FIVE CHANGES FOR FLICK
The Bayern coach has shuffled almost half of his team following the 6-0 thrashing of Red Star Belgrade on Tuesday. David Alaba returns at centre-back in place of Jerome Boateng, while Joshua Kimmich anchors the midfield instead of Thiago. In attacking midfield, Sergen Gnabry, Thomas Müller and Ivan Perisic all begin, with Philippe Coutinho, Kingsley Coman and Corentin Tolisso dropping to the bench.
LEVERKUSEN STARTING XI:
Hradecky – L.Bender (c), Tah, S. Bender, Wendell – Baumgartlinger, Aranguiz – Diaby, Amiri, Bailey – Volland
LEVERKUSEN SUBS:
Özcan, Retsos, Dragovic, Paulinho, Demirbay, Alario, Sinkgraven, Havertz, Belarabi
BAYERN STARTING XI:

THE HAVERTZ EFFECT
The Leverkusen playmaker has been struggling with a hamstring injury of late, but did travel with the squad to Munich and is an option to play today. He has so far only missed two Bundesliga games this season, both of which ended in draws for Leverkusen (2-2 with Bremen and 1-1 with Freiburg). Die Werkself did manage to win without him during the week though, recording a 2-0 victory away to Lokomotiv Moscow in the Champions League.
FLICK WARY
Bayern may be in top form and have an intimidating record against today’s visitors, but Flick is taking nothing for granted. “Leverkusen are very good on the ball, they’ve got great players who understand their positions,” he said ahead of the game on Friday. “They’re very aggressive and defend from the front, just like we do.”
BOSZ OPTIMISTIC
“Nobody’s scored against them since Flick’s been coach, but we want to pick up points and I believe it’s possible,” said Leverkusen coach Peter Bosz at his pre-match press conference. “We’ve had our chances to score against everyone we’ve played – that was the case in the Champions League against Juventus and Atletico Madrid, and it will be possible against Bayern too. The players need to keep their self-belief.”
HOME AND AWAY
Bayern have been solid on home turf this season, winning four drawing one and losing one (against Hoffenheim on Matchday 7). With Leverkusen, it’s been a case of all or nothing on the road. Peter Bosz’s side have won three and lost two of their away games in the league.
GLIMMER OF HOPE FOR LEVERKUSEN
Bayern may be the favourites on paper, but Leverkusen can take heart from the fact they beat them in the teams' last meeting, a 3-1 triumph at the BayArena back in early February this year. In fact, Leverkusen have won two and drawn two of the last 10 encounters, although they have not picked up points at the Allianz Arena since 28 October 2012, when they won 2-1.
WEIGHT OF HISTORY WITH BAYERN
The defending Bundesliga champions have the upper hand historically prior to kick-off. The teams have faced each other 80 times in the top flight to date, with Bayern winning 47 of them. There have been 16 draws and 17 wins for Leverkusen.
FIVE IN A ROW FOR FLICK?
Bayern have been in rampant form under interim boss Hansi Flick, having won all four matches under him so far. They have scored 16 goals without reply in that period and will be looking to extend that run on home turf today.
