WOLFSBURG STAY UNBEATEN!
A late, late goal from Wout Weghorst earns Wolfsburg a point in a tough away fixture at RB Leipzig to keep the Wolves unbeaten through the first eight games of the season. Timo Werner scored early in the second half, but it was Wolfsburg who took charge in the second half and had more of the chances. In the end, a fair draw.

WEGHORST FINDS THE GOAL!
Trust the Dutchman to do the business. Wolfsburg came so close to scoring with three chances in succession, but the Leipzig defence and Gulacsi kept the ball out. However, play continued and Guilavogui crossed the ball to the back post for William, who found Weghorst in the middle to slot the ball home with a lovely cross.

GUILAVOGUI HEADS AT GOAL
Another chance goes begging for the away side as the captain is on the end of Arnold's free-kick, but he can't get his glancing header on target.
77'
ACROBATIC FROM WOUT
The Dutchman goes for an overhead-kick in the Lepizig box, but doesn't fully commit and it's a simple save for Gulacsi in the end.

SO CLOSE FOR THE WOLVES!
William sends a fantastic low cross across the face of the Leipzig goal, but neither Victor or Weghorst are able to get on the end of it to bring this game level. Wolfsburg looking to keep their club-record unbeaten start to the season intact in these final 20 minutes.

LEIPZIG SOLID THROUGHOUT
The home side's defence is standing very firm against Wolfsburg's attack here. Only half chances have come in this second half for them, the latest of which was a Guilavogui shot dragged wide of the mark.

AS THINGS STAND
If results stay as they are - with Leipzig beating Wolfsburg and Bayern beating Augsburg - then Leipzig will go joint-top of the Bundesliga table before this evening game in Dortmund, only behind the defending Bundesliga champions on goal difference.
56'
SABITZER GOES CLOSE
The Austrian's shot is well-saved by Pervan on his line after the ball had dropped to the Leipzig man in the box.
54'
TIMO IS THE MAN!
That's a very un-Leipzig goal as Gulacsi's thumping kick forward from his own box bounces past Poulsen and Werner latches onto it. He's able to hold off Mbabu to go one-on-one with Pervan. He takes the ball around him and slots it into the back of the net.
53'
NKUNKU WITH A DRIVE
A cracking strike from the Frenchman on the left side of the Wolfsburg box, but just like at the other end, it can't get past the man between the posts.
51'
WEGHORST HAS A GO
A tidy run from the Dutchman, cutting inside past Upamecano and shooting from the edge of the box. Gulacsi is able to save again but Wolfsburg looking good when they do create an opening.

SECOND HALF UNDERWAY
We're back underway in the second half. Maxi Arnold remains on the pitch having shaken off that knock he took before the break.

ARNOLD DOWN
Things don't look good here for Maxi Arnold, who made a crucial clearance in his own box to deny Timo Werner, but was caught on the foot in the process. He's receiving treatment and will do his best to continue but is limping severely.
45'
BREKALO FORCES A SAVE
A rare opening in this first half for the away side as Victor works some Brazilian magic, turning past Upamecano and Orban in one lovely move before finding Brekalo in space on the edge of the box. He shot at goal, but Gulacsi was on hand to make a solid save.
36'
WERNER AGAIN!
Another chance for Leipzig's No.11 as the home side are beginning to open up the away side here. Poulsen plays Werner in, who takes a snap-shot at goal from just inside the box, but can't keep it on target.
30'
WILLIAM CLOSE TO THE OPENER
The full-back makes a nice run to the near post of the Leipzig box to meet Arnold's corner. His glancing header goes just over the crossbar, though, and onto the roof of the net.
27'
DEFENSIVE BATTLE
The meanest defence in the Bundesliga is standing firm against one of the league's most fluid attacks. Mbabu, Bruma and Tisserand providing the perfect blockade against Werner and Poulsen so far. So far, Pervan has had little to do despite the home side being in control of the ball for the most part.
22'
VICTOR SHOOTS OVER
Great interplay between the Brazilian forward and his Dutch strike partner. Victor plays Weghorst the ball with his back to goal. He controls well, holding off a defender before laying the ball off for Victor to strike. He can only send his effort high over the crossbar.
20'
GULACSI SAVES FROM ARNOLD
Brekalo touched the ball just before Maxi Arnold had met the ball with a powerful left-footed hit. The entire Leipzig team was on the line, but Gulacsi makes the crucial block to keep the ball out of his goal.
18'
IN-DIRECT FREE-KICK HERE!
Big chance for Wolfsburg who have an in-direct free-kick in the Leipzig box, after Gulacsi handled Upamecano's back-pass.
17'
CLOSE SHAVE FOR DAYOT
The French centre-back goes for a back-pass to Gulacsi on the volley but totally overhits it and forces Gulacsi to parry the ball away. In-direct free-kick now for Wolfsburg in the Leipzig.
13'
WOLFSBURG CHALLENGING HARD
The Wolves are doing their utmost to stop Leipzig's fast build-up play but have paid the price early. Yellow cards for key players Guilavogui and Mbabu will not help their cause.
7'
FOUR-MAN DEFENCE
It's a rare thing, but we're seeing a four-man defence from Julian Nagelsmann today vs. Wolfsburg. Klostermann is at right-back, with Dayot Upamecano and Willi Orban in the centre and Marcelo Saracchi at left-back.
5'
WERNER WITH THE FIRST CHANCE
Leipzig get the first effort on goal away as Saracchi pushes forward down the left before cutting the ball back to Werner in the middle. He shoots with his left foot at goal, but Pervan is able to save with ease.
3'
WOLFSBURG SET-UP!
It looks like a three-man defence for Wolfsburg, with William at right wing-back and Roussillon on the left. In the middle is Kevin Mbabu, Jeffrey Bruma and Marcel Tisserand.

UNDERWAY IN LEIPZIG!
This is going to be a fun one in Leipzig today between two of the Bundesliga's top teams.
Kick-off!
WOLFSBURG CAN GO TOP
It could be a pleasant few hours for the Wolves who can go top of the Bundesliga before the Battle of the Borussia's later this evening. Sitting one point ahead of Bayern in second, and one point behind Gladbach, Wolfsburg can go into top spot with a win at Leipzig this afternoon.
NO HALSTENBERG
A big miss for RB Leipzig is Marcel Halstenberg, the first-choice left-back is out with back problems. In his place comes Marcelo Saracchi who makes his first Bundesliga start of the season.
SURPRISES FROM WOLFSBURG
Oliver Glasner has made some unexpected moves with his line-up for this afternoon's game, with both Robin Knoche and John Brooks only on the bench for the Wolves. Kevin Mbabu and William - the club's two right-back options - both start, as well as Jerome Roussillon. We will have to wait and see exactly how they set-up, with Josuha Guilavogui also an option for a centre-back role.
