HERTHA STILL PUSHING
Try as they might, Hertha just can't find a way through the Bremen defence. The hosts have mustered 16 attempts on goal with nine of those on target, but just one going in.

BREMEN DELIGHT
Six shots, five on target, four goals for Bremen in the German capital this evening. In what was a huge six-pointer, the away side have turned out a fantastic performance so far.
77'
SENSATIONAL SARGENT!
A stunning effort from the American substitute and Bremen have four in Berlin. Stark's header falls to Sargent, who turns beyond Guendouzi and takes a pop at goal from all of 25 yards out. It's curling away from Schwolow and nestles in the top corner of the Hertha net.
75'
CORDOBA ATTACKS ONE
Leckie lifts up a cross into the Bremen box and Cordoba meets it in front of goal with another powerful header, but this one is straight at Pavlenka.

WHISKER AWAY
An outside-of-the-boot cross from Schmid on the left is inches from being slid home by Rashica, with the Kosovan just a few inches from tapping that one home.
67'
HUGE CHANCE FOR CUNHA!
Hertha break up the other end straight away with Cunha on the ball and Piatek in support. Cunha goes for goal himself but miscues his effort on an angle, sending the shot wide across goal and Piatek is not happy with a simple pass to him surely seeing the Pole scoring.
67'
RASHICA ON THE RUN
Bremen break away with Rashica skipping past two defenders and into the Hertha box. His shot is a powerful one, but Schwolow saves well and his defence clears.
64'
DOUBLE CHANGE
Piatek and Redan come on here with Tousart and Pekarik coming off from the midfield and defence for two strikes.

TWO-GOAL LEAD RESTORED!
Bremen have a two-goal lead again and it's brilliant from Bittencourt. Eggestein floats a high ball over the Hertha backline to meet Bittencourt's run in behind. He controls it with his left foot, back to goal before turning and slotting the ball under Schwolow from close range with his right. Lovely stuff from Bremen!
55'
CORDOBA STRIKES!
A great effort from the Hertha scorer as he fires a shot at goal from 30 yards which brings a good save out of Pavlenka. Hertha and Bremen have both started this second well, but Hertha going forward when they can at every opportunity.

DOUBLE CHANGE
Moisander comes on for Toprak, while Rashica is also on here replacing Mbom.

TOPRAK DOWN AGAIN
The scorer of Bremen's second is going to have to come off here, as he's tried to continue after a knock at the end of the first half but it's not to be for him.

BIG CHANCE!
Well worked by Hertha as Leckie's cross is met by Cordoba in the middle, and he heads it back down to Cunha just running into the Bremen box. His shot isn't as well-hit as he'd like though and Pavlenka makes a comfortable save.
46'
BACK UNDERWAY!
A change at the break for Hertha with Leckie on for Mittelstädt as we get things back underway.

YES THEY CAN!
Hertha are back in this just before the break as Pekarik swings in a superb cross into the middle and Cordoba leaps like a giant above Veljkovic to power a header home in style. A real hammer of a header, that one, and it came at the perfect time for Hertha.

PLAYERS DOWN
Toprak and Cunha come together and both have gone down, with Toprak catching the Hertha playmaker having played the ball ahead of him. Both look like they should be able to continue.
36'
GOOD EFFORT!
Tidy build-up play from Hertha across the edge of the Bremen box as Cunha finds Mittelstädt, who then gets the ball back from Netz with space for a shot. He hits a first-time strike toward the near post which brings the best out of Pavlenka.
32'
SARGENT ON
Selke is having to come off here with a thigh issue, and Sargent comes on in his place.

SELKE DOWN
The scorer of Bremen's first appears to have a problem with his left thigh here and he's taking treatment.
29'
TOPRAK TOO STRONG!
A textbook header from Ömer Toprak puts Bremen two goals to the good. The defender runs to the near post to get onto Bittencourt's corner, and he is ahead of any Hertha defenders to meet it with a bullet header. That's two in two weeks for the Bremen man.
26'
YELLOW FOR CORDOBA
The Hertha striker is cautioned here, the fourth of the first half already.
24'
CORDOBA GOES CLOSE
Netz reaches the byline and dinks a cross into the middle for Cordoba to battle for. He wins the header, but can't quite get enough power behind his effort and Pavlenka grabs that one on the bounce.
22'
PENALTY SAVED!
There have been four penalties taken in the Bundesliga today and three have been saved. Cunha steps up himself and sends his shot to the right, and Pavlenka dives the correct way before the loose ball is cleared by his defence. Hertha have now missed penalties in two straight games.
21'
HERTHA PENALTY!
The second spot-kick of the game as Cunha is brought down by Mbom running into the box.

BREMEN NOT HOLDING BACK
The away side are pressing hard across the pitch to make life difficult for Hertha, and now Bittencourt brings down Cunha. No booking for him, but Bremen's hard-battling play is on full-show so far.
12'
SELKE BOOKED
Just two minutes after opening the scoring, Selke is booked for a late foul on Cunha.
10'
SELKE SPOT ON!
Davie Selke smashes home a fantastic penalty against his parent club to put Bremen in front. He leans to the left, and opens his body to place the ball in the top right corner with Schwolow diving the other way. A big booming celebration follows and Bremen are ahead early on.
9'
BREMEN PENALTY!
Mittelstädt brings down Schmid in the Hertha penalty area and a spot-kick is given.
7'
SELKE GETTING INVOLVED
The big man - who is on loan at Bremen from Hertha this season - is causing some problems for the Hertha defence early on with Bremen looking for him to hold up the play and bring the Bremen midfield into the game.
3'
BUILDING FROM THE BACK
Both sides have set up with strong defensive fronts here, and both are looking to play the ball out from the back when possible. Hertha making a brighter start of the two so far.

HERE WE GO!
We're underway in the German capital for the Saturday evening headline fixture.
Kick-off!
TALE OF THE TAPE
Just a single point separates Hertha and Werder towards the bottom of the table, with Bremen in 13th and Hertha in 14th. Both sides are on the cusp of falling into a relegation battle for the second half of the season and neither of them wants to be, of course.
REVENGE ON THE CARDS?
Werder claimed back-to-back wins following the MD1 loss at home to Hertha but have won just two more in 14 subsequent league outings (W2, D6, L6). Bremen had gone 13 games unbeaten against Hertha (W5, D8) until their opening day defeat.
HERTHA'S HOME TROUBLES
Hertha have won just two of their last 10 Bundesliga matches, but both of them came on home soil via Matchday 10's 3-1 win over Union Berlin and the 3-0 victory over Schalke on Matchday 14.

WATCH: BERLIN UNDER THE LIGHTS
HERTHA TEAM NEWS
Cunha has been battling to overcome a groin injury but does so to start, with Piatek on the bench and Cordoba joined in the final third by Mittelstädt. It's not the news Hertha fans will want to hear with a further four first-team players already in the treatment room and both Darida and Ngankam being touch-and-go with knocks of their own before this game, but the former does start and the latter is fit for the bench. A shout, too, to Luca Netz - 17-year-old Berlin born left-back - who starts his first Bundesliga game today.
BREMEN TEAM NEWS
Sargent's record against Hertha is an encouraging one, but he's been dropped for the first time this season while Selke - on-loan from Hertha - scored in the reverse fixture, albeit a 4-1 victory for his parent club. Möhwald misses out today with adductor problems.
