INCREDIBLE! SORLOTH WINS IT!
You could not write it any better than this! Leipzig were 0-2 down at half-time and in the final minute of added time, they complete an incredible comeback to win it with the final kick of the game. Nkunku races to the byline before dinking a cross to the back post. Sorloth beats Lazaro to the ball in the air, and sends it under Sommer and into the net.

POULSEN HEADS WIDE
He does so well, almost hanging in the air to reach Halstenberg's cross. But his position doesn't help him as he tries to angle the ball at goal and his header goes wide.
83'
MORE CHANCES!
Leipzig break down the right with Poulsen played in by Olmo. His cross is heading for Sorloth but Sommer reads it well and is out to parry it away. The ball then comes out for Olmo to hit from 20 yards, but he blazes it high over the crossbar.
80'
DOUBLE CHANGE!
Stindl and Plea come on here for Gladbach in place of Wendt and Zakaria. Rose not letting this game end in a draw just yet.

FORSBERG FREE-KICK!
Unbelievable from Forsberg with his first touch of the game. He steps up to a free-kick all of 30 yards from goal and curls it perfectly towards the top corner. But to his disbelief, Sommer pulls out a world-class save of his own to tip the ball onto the upright and eventually clear. Outstanding football from both sides there.

BIG CHANCES!
Leipzig are piling on the pressure. Poulsen's header comes out to Olmo on the edge and his volley back at goal forces a save from Sommer. Kluivert gathers the loose ball and works space for a shot, but curls this one just over the crossbar.

POULSEN SO CLOSE!
What a leap from Poulsen who reaches a cross into the area from the left, but his header is just over the crossbar from around 12 yards out. Leipzig have all the momentum here.
66'
LEIPZIG ARE LEVEL!
And with plenty of time on the clock, Leipzig have brought the scoreline level. It's Olmo who plays the ball to Poulsen on the edge of the area and he smashes a low shot towards goal. It's perfectly placed, with Sommer diving at full length in an attempt to reach it. But the ball bounces off the inside of the post and over the line.
64'
MUKIELE HITS ONE
The Frenchman drifts inside from the right before shooting at goal from 20 yards through a bunch of Gladbach bodies. It's always rising, and Sommer can pluck that one out of the air.

FOUR-MAN DEFENCE
With those substitutions, Gladbach have reverted back to a four-man defence with Bensebaini in the middle alongside Ginter, Beyer on the right and Wendt on the left.

ALMOST FOR SORLOTH!
Adams finds Nkunku, who muscles his way into the area and plays in Sorloth who also has a battle on to reach the ball. In the end, the chance is snuffed out by Lazaro and Beyer.

LEIPZIG BACK IN IT!
It's superb from Upamecano who wins the ball from Thuram and runs forward. It's then worked out wide to Sorloth, whose ball into the middle is met by Nkunku all alone in front of goal and he side-foots the ball in past Sommer.

SORLOTH GOAL RULED OUT
Nagelsmann and Leipzig almost had the perfect start to this second half with their plan coming to fruition. Kluivert works space on the right before firing a cross low into the box. It bounces up off a defender and hits Sorloth's arm to go over the line in the end, and it's ruled out because of the handball.

EARLY PRESSURE
A bright start to this second half from Leipzig with Kluivert having a shot blocked by Wendt. The home side will certainly want to make their pressure count as quickly as possible.

ELVEDI BOOKED
Kluivert is brought down by Elvedi and the Gladbach defender is the third player in Manuel Gräfe's book.

ADAMS ALONE IN MIDFIELD
The USMNT man is now the lone central midfielder, with Leipzig almost playing a 4-1-4-1 formation with Sorloth leading the attack from a wide position.

UPAMECANO BOOKED
A second yellow for Leipzig follows quickly as Upamecano brings down Embolo in midfield.

SABITZER BOOKED
Leipzig's captain is cautioned for a push on Hofmann off the ball and he'll be suspended for next week's trip to Freiburg.
40'
BIG CHANCE FOR THREE!
Another unforced error from the Leipzig defence as Orban's clearance goes straight to Hofmann in front of goal. He turns past Halstenberg before shooting at the near post, but his aim is just a touch wayward as he finds the side-netting rather than the back of the net.
38'
WINNING THE MIDFIELD BATTLE
Zakaria and Hofmann are winning a key battle so far against Adams and Sabitzer in midfield. The pair are covering so much ground and winning so many challenges.
37'
GREAT STOP FROM SOMMER!
Kluivert latches onto a long ball over the Gladbach defence into the penalty area and brings the ball down with his first touch. Sommer flies off his line to make sure there's no second touch, sliding the ball away from the Dutchman.

HUGE CHANCE FOR SABITZER!
The ball breaks for Olmo after battling against Hofmann, and he spots Sabitzer in acres of space on the edge of the box. His almost miscues his run-up to the ball before shooting with his left, and the ball skies over Sommer and the Gladbach goal. Sabitzer has his head in his hands, and rightly so.

THURAM AWARDED SECOND GOAL
Originally Embolo had been given Gladbach's second goal after his initial header, but it was deemed to be going off target before hitting Thuram's right shoulder and going in. The Frenchman has now been awarded the goal which has Gladbach two up.

PILING ON THE PRESSURE
Leipzig are keeping the ball in the Gladbach half with all Foals stuck at their own end of the pitch. Leipzig just can't get a clear-cut opening on goal, while Gladbach have been clinical with their chances so far.

EMBOLO HEADS HOME!
The perfect start for Gladbach just gets better with 19 minutes played. Lazaro works space for a cross on the right-wing and picks out Embolo all alone at the back post. He heads the ball back across goal, with a touch off Upamecano or Thuram's shoulder taking it on target and past Gulacsi.

THREE-MAN DEFENCE
It's worth noting - in case you haven't seen yourself by checking the average line-ups as the game goes on - that Gladbach are playing with a three-man defence here. Lazaro and Wendt are at wing-back.
15'
LOOKING FOR PATIENCE
Gladbach are trying to take the speed out of the game here when they get possession but it's easier said than done. Leipzig pressing high up the pitch and with intent, and so far it's restricting Gladbach's time on the ball.

ADAMS FORCES A SAVE
The American sends a fiercely hit shot at goal from the edge of the Gladbach box, which Sommer saves and gathers at the second time of asking. A fantastic tempo to this game in the opening 15 minutes or so with the ball moving constantly up and down the pitch.

FANTASTIC START
Gladbach are ahead through Hofmann's penalty but Leipzig have wasted no time with their response. Three attempts on the Gladbach goal already as the hosts pile on the pressure.

CLEARED OFF THE LINE!
Leipzig almost level immediately as Kluivert's cross finds Halstenberg in space at the back post. He fires a shot across goal which Sommer can only watch go past him but to his delight, Ginter anticipated it and is on the line to clear. Olmo is on the rebound but slips as he shoots, with Sommer able to save.
6'
HOFMANN SPOT ON!
Gladbach are a goal up and it's Hofmann who converts the penalty past Gulacsi. The Leipzig goalkeeper dived the right way, but couldn't keep the ball out despite getting two hands to the ball.
5'
GLADBACH PENALTY!
Upamecano brings down Embolo and Gladbach have a spot-kick in the opening minutes.
3'
FOUR AT THE BACK
It is indeed a four-man defence for Leipzig, with Mukiele and Halstenberg at full-back and both pushing up the pitch. Kluivert is on the right, Nkunku on the left and Olmo through the middle in the early stages.

SABITZER'S THE KEY?
Sabitzer is Leipzig's five-goal leading scorer, and one of 15 different players to have found the net for his side in this season's Bundesliga. A league-high of those scorers are defenders, among them Upamecano.
HOME ADVANTAGE?
The Red Bulls have the best home record in this season's Bundesliga (W9, D1, L1). The Foals are winless in four, but unbeaten in their last six away matches.
LEIPZIG TEAM NEWS
Kampl has been wrestling with a knee injury so Adams partners Sabitzer. Hwang made his first Bundesliga start in the game, but Nkunku returns to the starting XI while Angelino is out with a minor muscular injury. Kluivert comes in for the Spaniard.
GLADBACH TEAM NEWS
Thuram is restored to the starting line-up for Sunday with the Foals looking to return to winning ways at the soonest possible venture. Hofmann came off with a late knock on Wednesday, but he is fit to start in a deeper midfield role with Lazaro and Wolf coming in. Zakaria started in midweek, too, and is thrown in once again with Kramer struggling for fitness while Beyer is in for the suspended Lainer.

KEY TRIO AVAILABLE AGAIN
Dayot Upamecano, Emil Forsberg and Kevin Kampl all missed last week's 3-0 win over Hertha Berlin, but Nagelsmann confirmed at his pre-match media briefing that the trio are all in contention to play again today. "They've all earned a certain standing over the last few years thanks to their consistently good performances. They bring stability out on the pitch. Players with that kind of experience can only do us good. I haven't made up my mind who will play yet."

NAGELSMANN TO ROTATE?
The Leipzig head coach is never afraid to tinker with his side, even if they are on a five-game winning run in the Bundesliga. They weren't in Champions League action this past week, but do have a tough DFB Cup quarter-final at home to fellow in-form side Wolfsburg on Wednesday, so expect personnel and tactical changes from the 33-year-old today.
HISTORY ON LEIPZIG'S SIDE
Die Roten Bullen have had the upper hand more often than not in this fixture so far, winning five of the nine Bundesliga meetings. There have been three draws, and while Gladbach have only triumphed once, they did so in the reverse fixture earlier this season. It's worth noting that all three draws have come in Leipzig too.
THE STAKES
What a game we have lined up to conclude today's action! Leipzig are currently second in the standings, having closed the gap at the top to just two points behind leaders Bayern Munich last week. Having moved within touching distance, they'll be keen not to lose any ground again. Gladbach, meanwhile, are down in eighth. After a barnstorming January, in which they won four of their six league outings, including victories over Bayern and Dortmund, Marco Rose's side are without a Bundesliga win at all this month. Following surprise defeats to Cologne and Mainz, the Foals will be eager to get back on track and make a push for the European places.
