TIGGES RESTORES THE LEAD!
Substitute Uth does really well to burst through in the box. He's about to shoot before an Augsburg leg gets in a block. But it only falls to Tigges a few yards out and he makes no mistake for his second of the day and Cologne's third.

FAIR PLAY
Great sportsmanship by Augsburg captain and former Cologne man Rexhbecaj as his shot whistles wide but a corner is awarded, until he tells the referee it didn't get a touch and should be a goal-kick. Handshakes on the touchline between the coaches for that as well. Moments later Petkov flies in on Kilian and earns a yellow.

Niederlechner and Caligiuri have both scored their first goals of the season today - both doing so with their first attempts of the day.

AUGSBURG DO IT AGAIN!
Well, well, well. From pretty much nothing, Augsburg have another goal. Iago's cross from the left is deep. Niederlechner nods it back to Caligiuri coming in behind him and he drills inside the near post. And all of a sudden, we're level again!
68'
STILL ALL ONE WAY
Cologne were never going to sit back after taking the lead. They're the ones pushing for a third...

WHAT A WEEK
Huseinbasic got his first Bundesliga goal in last weekend's derby with Gladbach. He's now doubled his career tally here and needed only five attempts on goal to do so.
61'
TURNED AROUND!
Poor defending from Augsburg as they twice fail to clear their lines. The latter attempt sees the ball nodded straight to Huseinbasic, who swivels in from 10 yards to bag his second Bundesliga goal and crown his full debut - and finally put Cologne ahead!
57'
BERISHA!
Free-kick wide on the left. Berisha goes for the in-swinger, either hoping for a touch or that it'll go straight in, but Schwäbe just gets a palm to it with a leap at the far post.
56'
NEVER DOWN AND OUT
Having gone 1-0 behind for the eighth time in their 10 games this season, Cologne have now made it 1-1 for the seventh time. The 1-0 loss to Union was the only time they failed to strike back.

ALMOST ANOTHER!
Throw from the right for Cologne, two quick passes and Huseinbasic is in behind for the cutback. Tigges controls and turns at the near post but can only find the side netting up against Koubek.
47'
TIGGES LEVELS!
Perfect start for the hosts as they do get their equaliser almost immediately. Maina chances a long ball up the left and gets his cross in behind the defence, where Tigges gets the wrong side of his marker to turn in.
46'
BACK UNDER WAY
Augsburg make a change at the break with Caligiuri replacing Vargas in a like-for-like swap. But the pattern of play has resume the same with Cologne pouring forward.

ADDED TIME
Four extra minutes to be played of this half as Cologne try to force an equaliser before the break.

MARTEL DOWN
The young midfielder is wincing a bit as the medics use the magic sponge on his ankle. He's up and fine, though.
36'
VARGAS INTO THE BOOK
Not the nicest of challenges from behind from Vargas on Maina earns him a yellow. Steffen Baumgart is absolutely furious with the tackle on the touchline. Even those at the top of the far stand will have heard him.
34'
VOLUME INCREASES
The home support crank things up a notch again as a run into the box from the right causes havoc. Tigges eventually swings at one. It takes a couple of deflections before being hooked clear.

NO NEED TO PANIC
Cologne have conceded first in eight of their 10 league games so far this season - the most of any team. But they've come out of those with points on five occasions...

MAINA!
This would've rivalled Niederlechner in the Goal of the Day stakes. Ball through the defence again, Mainz then knocks it inside his marker with his first touch before going for goal from right of centre, but Koubek comes out to block with his feet.

TWO? NO, OFFSIDE
Augsburg have the ball in the net again as a throw into the area is flicked on for Berisha to turn home, but the summer signing was - ever so slightly - offside. Assistant spotted it immediately and raised the flag.

A cross from the right finds its way through to Mainz, who's not expecting it and ends up producing an air shot from only a few yards out. Big chance for the hosts.

AUGSBURG TEAM NEWS
Augsburg are just one player away from being able to name a strong XI of unavailable players. It means coach Enrico Maaßen has had to shuffle his pack, especially at the back where first-choice central defenders Jeffrey Gouweleeuw and Maximilian Bauer are both suspended. However, there’s good news that Mergim Berisha is back from his one-game ban and has recovered from a knock in one of three changes to the team that drew with Wolfsburg last weekend.
COLOGNE TEAM NEWS
Steffen Baumgart makes five changes to the side that lost at Partizan Belgrade on Thursday, reverting as close as possible to his usual Bundesliga XI that started the 5-2 derby loss to Gladbach last week. He’s had to make two enforced changes from that game with Florian Kainz suspended and Dejan Ljubicic out injured for the rest of the year. Denis Huseinbasic comes in for his full Bundesliga debut, with Eric Martel the other to get the nod.

AUGSBURG ON THE UP
Augsburg have been motoring in the opposite direction to their hosts in recent weeks, with Enrico Maaßen presiding over three wins and a draw in their last four games, including the Matchday 7 win over reigning champions Bayern Munich. Mergim Berisha - who scored the winner against Bayern - is back from suspension and should start, but first-choice centre-backs Jeffrey Gouweleeuw and Maximilian Bauer are banned this time. Robert Gumny and Frederik Winther are expected to start in their place.

CAN COLOGNE GET BACK ON TRACK?
After an excellent start to the season, Cologne have been on the slide in recent weeks and suffered Rhine derby defeat last time out in the league. Florian Kainz was sent off in that game and Dejan Ljubicic picked up an injury, which robs Steffen Baumgart of his two top scores today. The Billy Goats lost 2-0 at Partizan Belgrade in Europe on Thursday, with Kingsley Schindler, Ondrej Duda, Linton Maina and Steffen Tigges all rested.
EXCITING START TO SUPER SUNDAY
We've got a cracking day of football in store today, with Cologne vs. Augsburg the first of three tasty looking matches. Leaders Union Berlin host Borussia Dortmund later (5.30pm CEST), before Bayern Munich welcome Freiburg to the Allianz Arena (7.30pm CEST). Our attention first turns to Cologne, though, where we get underway from 3.30pm CEST and will have team news an hour prior to kick-off so set those alarms now for a busy day in the Bundesliga.
WELCOME!
Cologne have a point to prove after losing the Rhine derby to Gladbach - but in-form Augsburg will be no pushover. Stay tuned for the first of three Sunday fixtures on Bundesliga Matchday 10!
