BET THE HOUSE ON FÜLLKRUG
The Werder forward has now put his side 1-0 up four times this season - a league-high, just like his three headed goals and five strikes in the closing quarter of an hour.

TOUSART REPLIES
The Frenchman slices a dipping shot with the outside of his right boot from near the right-hand corner of the Bremen box. It's well struck but whistles just wide of the far post.
85'
THE BREAKTHROUGH!
The stadium erupts as Jung floats a cross from the left into the box, finding Füllkrug, 16 yards out. He climbs above his marker to expertly guide a header into the top corner!

WEISER SURELY?!?!
Schmid plays a low cross from the right into the box, where Weiser is arriving. He's eight yards out and has a clear sight of goal, but scuffs his shot straight into the arms of the goalkeeper.

BREMEN TIME APPROACHING
The hosts have scored more goals (nine) than any other team in the closing 15 minutes of their matches in the Bundesliga this season. All of those have come after the 82nd minute.

EJUKE HAS A GO
The substitute curls an effort at goal from 16 yards but it's straight at Pavlenka.

PROMISE OF GOALS
Neither of these sides have been involved in a 0-0 draw so far this season so there's plenty of scope for goals yet.

OUT OF BOUNDS
Plattenhardt floats in a free-kick from the left after Weiser's foul on Richter, but it's too high for anyone to reach and the ball bobbles harmlessly out of play.

WAYWARD FROM DUCKSCH
Weiser is fouled by Serdar, who receives a yellow card for his efforts. Bremen have a free-kick about 25 yards out, right of centre, but Ducksch's strike doesn't have enough dip, and balloons well over the bar.
57'
LUKEBAKIO PROBING
Kenny wins possession in midfield and plays the ball to Lukebakio, who instantly drives forward. He gets to the edge of the Bremen box and shoots low, but drags the ball narrowly wide of the post.
54'
SERDAR ON THE VOLLEY
Pieper can only head a Hertha corner out to the edge of his own box, where Serdar is lurking. The midfielder catches the ball first time on the half-volley, but although he strikes it well his effort flies wide of the target.

KANGA FIRES OVER
Boetius shows a great run of pace to nick the ball ahead of his opponent and drive forward. He gets to the edge of the Bremen box and flicks it to his right to Kanga, but the first's first-time strike with his left foot is always rising and is no trouble for Pavlenka.

BERLIN WALL
Lukebakio uses his left arm to block off Bittencourt on the edge of the Hertha penalty area. The resultant free-kick is in Ducksch territory - just left of centre - but the wall does its job.

FÜLLKRUG!
There's not much on for Füllkrug as he takes possession in the box. The uncapped German aims for the top corner on his weaker left foot, forcing an overhand save from Christensen. It's not the most convincing bit of goalkeeping - Bittencourt is just inches from heading in the rebound.

SAFE HANDS
Weiser asks the question with a raking cross from deep, but Christensen goes up for it and makes the catch.

CHANCE!
Schmid wins back possession and turns defence into attack with a quick ball up to Füllkrug. Ducksch runs off him to his right, collecting the pass and shooting over from a tight angle. Had to aim low!

POWER OF THE PUNCH
Lukebakio bends a free-kick to the back post. It's kept alive and hooked back into the danger zone, prompting Pavlenka to come off his line and punch clear.

BREMEN RESPOND
Bittencourt leads the charge as Bremen break forward but his attempted pass into the patch of Ducksch - who would be clear through on goal - gets tangled up in a defender's legs and bobbles out of play.
19'
LUKEBAKIO FIRES OVER
The Hertha forward sprints forward and just beats Jung to the ball. He shifts it on to his left foot and shoots from the edge of the box, but it's well over.

The away side win a free-kick about 40 yards out, right of centre. Plattenhardt lines up the delivery, but it's a poor one into the box and is cleared by the first defender.

WHAT A CLEARANCE FROM ROGEL!
Bremen break forward with purpose for the first time this game and Schmid lofts a ball from the right towards the back post, looking for Füllkrug. It appears to be an easy tap-in for the forward, but Rogel pokes it clear with his toe just in time!

FIRST OPENING FOR HERTHA
Jovetic darts into the channel on the right-hand side and drills a low ball across the face of goal. It arrives with Richter at the back post, but his drive can only tickle the side netting.

FORM
Hertha may be in 13th place, just three points above the drop zone, but they have improved of late after a slow start to the season. Of their last seven Bundesliga outings, the Old Lady have lost just once, drawing four and winning two, including last week's 2-1 triumph at home to Schalke. Bremen, by contrast, appear to be moving in the opposite direction, having begun the campaign brightly before slipping off the pace this month: Werder started October with league wins over Gladbach and Hoffenheim, but have since lost to Mainz, Paderborn (in the DFB Cup second round) and Freiburg. As such, they're now just four points ahead of today's visitors.
HEAD-TO-HEAD
Bremen hold the upper hand historically in this fixture, winning 49 percent of the time (37 of 76 Bundesliga encounters). Hertha have won 20 times, with 19 draws. The scale tips even further in Bremen's favour at home, with 26 victories from 38 (68 percent) wins to Hertha's five.

TEAM NEWS - BREMEN
Bremen head honcho Ole Werner has brought in three new faces following his side's defeat in Freiburg last week. Captain Marco Friedli is suspended so Niklas Stark comes into the three-man backline. Lee Buchanan makes way for Milos Veljkovic, with Anthony Jung returning to left wing-back, while Leo Bittencourt comes into the midfield for Christian Groß, who is on the bench for the first time this season.
TEAM NEWS - HERTHA
There's only one change in the visitors' team following last week's win over Schalke, with Marco Richter starting in attack ahead of Chidera Ejuke, who drops to the bench.
