STANDING OVATION
The Bayern fans show their appreciation for Musiala, who has four goals already this season, including a league-leading three in the Bundesliga. Summer signing Ryan Gravenberch is on in the teenager's stead. Kovac, meanwhile, introduces Messrs Vranckx and Brekalo.

MANE!
Musiala does really well to pick out Mane in the six-yard box. He stoops to head goalwards, but only suceeeds in knocking it down onto his knee and wide. Can he make it three goals in as many competitive games for Bayern?

WOLFSBURG CHANGE
Marmoush, who had been clutching his right right, makes way for Waldschmidt. The Egypt international has barely had a look-in today.

CLAWED AWAY!
Casteels prevents a third Bayern goal at the Allianz, the Belgian at full stretch to push Sane's deflected strike behind.

WIDE!
Sane goes on the outside of Lacroix, before passing inside to Musiala. He touches it off to Müller, whose first-time shot from 18 yards deflects wide. So fluid from Nagelsmann's side.

SUPER MANU
Kruse gets on the end of a ball into the Bayern box, but Neuer's out and makes himself big to block. Better from the Wolves, impecabble from Neuer.

MANE FOILED!
Davies sends Mane through on goal. He helps it on to Müller, who selflessly plays a return pass. It opens up for the Senegal star, but he delays his shot, allowing Wolfsburg to scramble back and force a rushed effort that doesn't trouble Casteels.

BAYERN DOUBLE THEIR LEAD!
It's been coming! Davies tears away from Baku down the Bayern left. He cuts a ball back for Kimmich, whose first-time shot looks to be going wide until Müller sticks out a boot to divert it past Casteels.

Superb technique by the Frenchman. He gets real power behind his long-range hit that forces Casteels into a diving save.

MUSIALA SCORES!
Bayern lead through their teenaged sensation. Davies stabs a pass to Müller, who helps it on to Musiala. Wolfsburg charge him, but he sees it coming and nonchalantly rolls Lacroix. The Germany international gets a lucky break off Wimmer, before steering past Casteels from 20 yards. He's now Bayern's record U20 scorer with 14 Bundesliga goals.

ON THE ICE
Hernandez is booked for an uncompromising bodycheck on Wimmer, straight out of the NHL. Marmoush's ensuing free-kick clips the head of Pavard and goes over for a corner that comes to nothing.

OFF THE BAR!
Kimmich with the first corner of the game. It's an out-swinger towards the near post, where Pavard outjumps Arnold and flicks a header against the top of the crossbar.

MEEP, MEEP!
Rapid from Davies to dispossess Arnold. The Canadian then clips a lovely ball into the box for Mane, but his cut-back is too short and Wolfsburg can clear.
4'
OFF THE POST!
Wolfsburg have started brightly as a ball is clipped to the far post. Wimmer heads it back across goal, where Davies sticks out a boot to divert it behind off the outside of the left-hand post. Crucial intervention - Arnold was ready to pounce!

MOMENT'S REFLECTION
There's a minute's reflection ahead of the game, in memory of former Bayern president Willi Hoffmann. With Hoffmann in charge, Bayern won the Bundesliga and DFB Cup twice each, and reached the final of the 1982 European Cup. He passed away on 9 August, aged 92.
TEAMS OUT
Kick-off's imminent at the Allianz Arena. Ominously, Bayern have scored in each of their last 28 Bundesliga meetings with Wolfsburg (80 goals all told). That's the record champions' longest goalscoring run against any top-flight team.

MÜLLER MILESTONE
Thomas Müller makes his 417th Bundesliga appearance for Bayern, taking him second on the club's list of all-time appearance-makers. Only his namesake Gerd (472) played more in more top-flight matches.
THE NAGELSMANN VIEW
"We play a very high-speed game, especially in the final third due to having a lot of similar types of player, who like to play with each other and move a lot. In training this week we've again practised playing against opponents who defend deeper. Wolfsburg have a very good team, a very good squad. I expect them in different lines and not to sit back. They'll get in the game and want to win. I'm not expecting them to be wide open, but I don't expect them to park the bus."

MORE ON THOSE TEAMS
Nagelsmann sticks with the same starting line-up that beat Leipzig in the Supercup and Frankfurt on Matchday 1. That means Matthijs de Ligt is again among the substitutes, while Jamal Musiala keeps out Leroy Sane. Kovac makes one change to the side that drew with Bremen as Josuha Guilavogui - on target from the bench on the opening weekend - dislodges Josip Brekalo in midfield.

WIND OUT OF WOLFSBURG'S SAILS
Wolfsburg have a couple of injury worries of their own. Jonas Wind, who scored in the Wolves' 2-2 draw against Bayern on the final day last season, misses out with a hamstring complaint, while midfielder Yannick Gerhardt is also sidelined.

NEVER CHANGE A WINNING TEAM
Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann said on Friday he has no need to change his starting line-up from the Frankfurt game, with Benjamin Pavard preferred to summer signing Noussair Mazraoui at right-back, and fellow new arrival Matthijs de Ligt expected to begin on the bench once more.
