Kovac's view on Leipzig

"It will be important that we don't give them many chances. That's something we managed well against them in the DFB Cup. I like Marco [Rose] and the job he's doing in Leipzig. They've got lots of top-quality players. If they can keep everyone fit and healthy, then they're a team that can challenge for the title, or second and third place."

Rose's view on Wolfsburg

"We've looked at the DFB Cup [defeat] again. We weren't intense enough against the ball. Niko has rotated a lot, so we don't really know what to expect. But we have the chance tomorrow to do better. When we get transition situations, we need to take them better. It's about important points in the Bundesliga. We've worked our way into a good position and want to stay there."

Xavi magic

Xavi has scored four times in this season's Bundesliga - a leading figure among players under the age of 21. The PSG loanee also has a league-high seven assists.
