The midfielder cuts in off the left, shooting with his right from the edge of the box. His curling effort looks as though it will fly into the top-right corner, but Weiner makes an excellent fingertip save.

The midfielder gets to the byline and cuts a low cross back into the box, but it doesn't find any Mainz player.

A long ball is played from deep in towards Nebel, who flicks it over his marker with his first touch and into the path of Burkardt, who chips Weiner. The linesman had his flag up, however, as Burkardt was offside and goal won't stand.

A fantastic counter-attack from Mainz ends in disappointingly. It's worked out to Caci down the right, who plays a ball into the path of the unmarked Hong in the box, but his first touch lets him down and he can't get the shot away.

Mainz counter-attack this time. Burkardt is on the ball and Mwene overlaps him on the left. The striker plays a delicate ball into the channel for the wide man, who shoots first time. Weiner saves well at the front post, conceding a corner, but Mainz can't make anything of it.

Caci puts a long throw into the Kiel box. It's cleared high and straight back to him. The Mainz man then fires a first-time cross back in, which finds Lee. His glancing header just creeps in at the far post, with the former Kiel man seemingly putting the game out of reach of his old team.

The striker lets a powerful shot fly from the edge of the box, but Erras is there to make the block.

Another great chance for Mainz. The forward tried to turn provider by sliding a ball through the channel to the on-rushing Nebel with the outside of his boot. Erras gets across very well to stop the shot at the last moment, and Lee can't get a hold of the rebound.

The wing-back receives the ball wide on the right. He whips a ball towards Burkardt, but it's cleared behind for a corner. Erras clears the subsequent corner away for Kiel.

A smart set-piece move from Mainz. Lee peels off the Kiel defensive line, catching the hosts napping, and receives a short ball from a free-kick. He gets into the box and fires a cross back across the face of goal, where, in trying to clear it, a Kiel defender nearly puts it in his own net. Instead it goes behind for a corner, but Mainz can't make anything of it.

The striker steps up to coolly dispatch the penalty into the bottom right corner, doubling his side's lead in the process.

The referee went to the monitor and has given a penalty for the handball from the newly introduced Gigović.

Nebel goes down just on the edge of the Kiel box, earning a free-kick. Amiri takes from centrally, his right-footed shot rattling off the crossbar. Weiner was no way near that...

The young midfielder combines well with Sano, before attempting a shot from the edge of the box. His left-footed attempt is too wild, however, and flies well over the bar.

The midfielder lofts a cheeky pass over the back of the Kiel backline, but Lee can't quite manage to bring it down.

Amiri whips in a free-kick from the near the touchline on the left, but it's cleared away by Kiel.

Once again Lee finds himself with the ball at his feet in the Kiel box. He attempts a cross to Burkardt, who would've had a tap in, but it's intercepted on it's way through. Lee had time there to get a shot away though...

Some more intricate football from Mainz. They play keep-ball around the edge of the Kiel before the ball comes to Kohr, who plays it round the corner to Lee. The forward controls it, but can't get his shot away on the turn. Mainz look confident here.

Kohr plays a long ball from deep on the left-hand side up to Caci. He knocks it down to Amiri, who charges forward from deep, playing a one-two with Nebel, before thumping an effort home into the bottom left corner. What a move!
