Full-time: Bochum 0-1 Werder Bremen

Bochum narrowly miss out on securing some much needed points in a close game. They grew into the first-half and edged it in terms of chances created, but were hit with a hammer blow not long into the second-half. They couldn't create the necessary opportunities following the Bremen goal to be able to get an equaliser, and therefore must settle for another defeat; it was, however, a good performance that just lacked cutting edge.
