Tough crowd
Freiburg have lost on their last three visits to the Allianz Arena, so will need something special to take something from today's game. In fact, across their last five meetings they have only taken one point from Bayern, but will be feeling confident of getting something today after their good start to the season.
Back at the Allianz
After winning 3-2 away to Wolfsburg on the opening day, Bayern can now look forward to their first home fixture of the season. They face a Freiburg side who have made a bright start to the season, beating Osnabrück 4-0 in the DFB Cup in addition to their impressive Matchday 1 victory over Stuttgart.

Back to winning ways
Bayern started their season with a win at Wolfsburg and will now take that momentum into their home game against Freiburg. While they can be disappointed at conceding two goals, there was still plenty to be happy about in their 2-3 win away from home, where they looked good on the ball and capable of creating chances.

Freiburg on fire
While they may be annoyed with how the game started, Freiburg can have no complaints over the remainder of their game against Stuttgart. The home side took advantage of a lacklustre Stuttgart performance and created numerous chances on their way to a comfortable victory.
