The new Bundesliga 2 season begins three weeks earlier on Friday, 28 July 2023, when Hamburger SV host FC Schalke 04 at the Volksparkstadion from 8:30 p.m. CEST.
The exact dates and times of fixtures for Bundesliga Matchdays 1-8 will be announced between 10-14 July.
