Borussia Dortmund reveal new 2024/25 season shirt
Borussia Dortmund have revealed their new shirt for the 2024/25 season, which the team will wear in the final match of the current Bundesliga season against Darmstadt.
Dortmund say the new jersey "stays true to Dortmund’s roots while embracing the future".
Their traditional black and yellow home strip also incorporates small pinstripes in its design and there is an additional detail in the back of the neck where it reads “Borussia united”.
The goalkeeper offering has an almost camouflage green colouring and the kit manufacturers, PUMA, have developed the shirt with RE:FIBRE technology.
That innovative material is made by turning unused or no longer needed polyester into new fabric. As the club statement says: "Old turns into new - again and again!"
Dortmund also revealed that the same RE:FIBRE technology will be used for all of their 2024/25 kits.
