VfB Stuttgart forward Demirović joined the club in summer 2024 after scoring 15 league goals for Augsburg last season. He looks set to surpass that tally this term, having netted five times in his opening 10 Bundesliga games for his new club.
The Bosnian goalgetter went up against several of his Stuttgart teammates when the two countries met in early October, and he will face Alexander Nübel, Maximilian Mittelstädt and Chris Führich again this time around too.

The experienced forward joined Hoffenheim ahead of the 2024/25 season, having been the joint-top scorer in Bundesliga 2 last term with 22 goals for Hertha Berlin. Before his arrival in Germany, Tabaković spent his career in Austria and Switzerland, winning another top scorer award in the 2021/22 Austrian second division with SC Austria Lustenau.
He opened his Bundesliga account on Matchday 7 to put the seal on Hoffenheim's 3-1 win over Bochum in what was one of six top-flight outings this season, all of which have come as a substitute.
The Holstein Kiel midfielder is in his first season in the Bundesliga, having previously played in Denmark, Sweden and Russia. Gigović actually grew up in Sweden and represented them twice before recently switching allegiance to Bosnia, for whom he has since made four appearances.
The 22-year-old has been a first-team regular for Kiel in 2024/25, starting every Bundesliga game since Matchday 4 in mid-September, scoring twice.

St. Pauli goalkeeper Vasilj has made over 100 appearances for the Hamburg club, and this season marks his first in the Bundesliga. So far, he has kept four clean sheets in 10 league appearances
Vasilj has 11 senior caps for his national side, with his first coming in a goalless draw against Costa Rica in 2021, where he lined up alongside former Schalke man Sead Kolašinac and Stuttgart’s Demirović.
The Cologne man has amassed 50 Bundesliga appearances for the Billy Goats and has been included in the starting line-up for all 12 of his side’s Bundesliga 2 games this season. Since making his debut in 2022/23 against Wolfsburg, the 23-year-old has become a regular for the side.
Like teammate Gigović, Huseinbašić earned his first Bosnia cap this year in a 3-0 loss to England, after previously representing another country at youth level. Born and raised in Germany, he played five times for their U21 team before switching allegiance to Bosnia.
Dženis Burnić
Burnić rose through the ranks at Borussia Dortmund, making two appearances for the first team in the 2016/17 season before moving to Heidenheim on a permanent basis in the summer of 2020. There, he played on 60 occasions before joining Karlsruher last summer.
Burnić also represented Germany at youth level, with his last appearance for the U21 side coming against Bosnia and alongside current Germany international Nico Schlotterbeck.
The experienced Bičakčić made his Bundesliga debut for Stuttgart in 2009, playing 60 minutes in a 5-3 loss to Bayern Munich. That was his first and last league appearance for the club, but he did go on to make feature 161 more times in the Bundesliga for both Hoffenheim and current club Eintracht Braunschweig.
Bičakčić has 39 caps for Bosnia under his belt, making his debut in a 4-3 defeat to the USA in 2013 in a team that included former Bundesliga stalwart Vedad Ibišević.
