Florian Wirtz, Omar Marmoush, Vincenzo Grifo and Marvin Ducksch are leading the way as the Bundesliga's leading assist providers this term, with Mohamed Amoura's fine season getting the Algerian in on the act in the top five. We run you through the assist kings of 2024/25 so far ...

1. Florian Wirtz (Bayer Leverkusen), 7 assists

Last year's Bundesliga Player of the Season has been in sublime form for the defending champions and his hat-trick of assists in Leverkusen's Matchday 15 waltz against Freiburg took him to seven for the campaign. The 21-year-old Germany star - who has also scored seven Bundesliga goals in 2024/25 so far - is well on his way to matching last year's 11 assists in a single top-flight campaign, his best-ever haul across a single season to date.

= 1. Omar Marmoush (Eintracht Frankfurt), 7 assists

Easily one of the stars of the season as we approach the halfway mark, magic Marmoush has been almost unplayable in the 15 Bundesliga games he has featured in for Eintracht. His seven assists combine with 13 goals - just one shy of top-scorer Harry Kane - with the Egyptian revelling in his role as the main man in Mainhatten.

= 1. Vincenzo Grifo (Freiburg), 7 assists

Grifo the Great has been a stand-out performer in what has been a somewhat trying transition season for Freiburg, who will look to settle with the help of their experienced Italy international when the campaign resumes. The 31-year-old - now in his seventh season at the Black Forest outfit - has kept pace with assist-kings Wirtz and Marmoush, despite Freiburg's inconsistent spell of late. Grifo enjoyed a run of four assists in six games earlier this season while he has also added to his side's cause with four goals.

= 1. Marvin Ducksch (Werder Bremen), 7 assists

Ducksch clocked 30 goal involvements in his first season in the second division with Werder back in 2021/22. He has produced a consistent outlay ever since yet his assists have never outpaced his goalscoring like now. The fearsome forward has provided the key pass for seven goals, while he has netted four himself in the current season. Ducksch is unlikely to care about the imbalance, as long as Werder keep winning, which they did with three successes on the bounce in the Bundesliga prior to the winter break. Bremen's striking star laid on two assists in that run.

2. Mohamed Amoura (Wolfsburg), 6 assists

Injured at the beginning of the season, Algeria international Amoura is making up for lost time with a run that has garnered 11 goal involvements in 13 Bundesliga games. The versatile forward's six assists have led to him becoming a key player in a Wolfsburg side who have picked up some impressive wins this term. The Wolves will continue to need their attacking star as they seek a route into the top half of the table in the second-half of the season.
