UNDERWAY FOR THE SECOND HALF
We're back underway with no changes for either side at the break.
90'
WITSEL SEALS THE DEAL!
Sancho has the ball with time and space on the left wing. He takes him time and plays a lovely pass to Witsel - with a class dummy from Manuel Gräfe to help on the way - before Axel Witsel took possession and smahed home off the post.
86'
CONSOLATION FOR HANNOVER
The away side have grabbed a late goal for themselves as Bakalorz breaks forward and shoots at goal from the edge of the box. It gets a deflection on the way from Hadzic and Diallo - who were battling to both help and stop the ball - and bounces beyond Bürki's reach.
75'
ALL DORTMUND HERE!
The home side are now in total control and look likely to get more goals here. Sancho is running around with a smile on his face constantly after that seven minute burst produced three Dortmund goals, and now the party has begun.
73'
SANCHO OOZING WITH CONFIDENCE!
The teenager tells Reus to give him the ball quickly from free-kick and he takes off. He beats Asano with ease towards the middle of the pitch and the edge of the Hannover box, and then beats another defender with a dribble before shooting low at goal. This time, though, Esser is equal to his strike.
67'
REUS AND GUERREIRO COMBINE!
It's four for Dortmund and another stunning bit of play on the counter. Reus brings the ball inside from the left wing and dodges past a defender before playing the ball to Guerreiro at the back post, and he slots it home at the near post with his "weaker" right foot.
61'
GAME. SET. MATCH.
That looks like it might be game over already as Dortmund produce more quality in the final third to surely seal all three points. Sancho is found in space on the left wing and he cuts inside beyond three Hannover defenders on the edge of their box before finding Götze in space at the back post. The German then sends a first-time shot into the far bottom corner of the Hannover goal.
59'
STUNNING DORTMUND GOAL
Helped by the Hannover defence, Dortmund score a sublime goal. Hakimi wins the ball in the Hannover box from Albornoz and finds Reus in the box, and the captain produces a splendid flick over his marker attempting to make the block and it spins into the back of the net.
56'
RIGHT IDEA FROM SANCHO, LACKING EXECUTION
The Englishman leads a Dortmund break down the left wing and reaches the box with Hannover defenders gathering around him. He cuts inside and dinks a ball to the back post aimed for Witsel, but it has just too much on it for the Belgian to reach it in time. A great spot from Sancho to see the pass, just a tad off with his cross.
54'
BRIGHT MOMENT FOR BVB
A superb ball across the face of the Hannover goal was just begging for someone to poke it home from Delaney. Sadly for the Dane and Dortmund, no player in yellow was positioned well enough to do the duty of making it 2-0.
50'
END-TO-END START
Both sides have had half chances to start the second 45 minutes. Daillo almost had the chance to play Guerreiro in on goal, but the pass he received from Reus was just a touch heavy. While at the other end a pair of crosses have been blocked or cleared after a Hannover counter, with the away side looking for a goal on the break.

REUS DOWN...
The Dortmund captain is down after colliding with Delaney in a challenge with both going for the ball. He is back up now and heading for more treatment and will hope to continue after half-time.

BIG CHANCE FOR WEYDANDT!
A cross to the back post in the Dortmund box and loops over Hakimi at the back post to Weydandt, but the striker can't get enough force on his header to beat Bürki.
45'
DORTMUND AHEAD, BUT NOT DOMINANT
The home side deservedly lead at home to Hannover as they made the most of a five-minute burst of pressure on the away side's goal, but they certainly haven't been totally dominant, and Hannover can certainly grab a goal if they continue as they did during that first half. A very interesting second half to come, with Dortmund currently nine points clear of Bayern Munich at the top of the table.
42'
SARENREN-BAZEE DOWN
The winger has puiled up with what looks to be a calf injury, and he'll now be replaced by Asano.
40'
SUPERB FOOTBALL ALL ROUND!
A moment of genius from Piszczek as he takes a quick free-kick with a long ball forward over the Hannover defence. He made the pass because of Guerreiro's run, and the winger volleys the ball at goal once it lands in his stride, but Esser produced a stunning save to deny what would have been an outstanding goal.
34'
HANNOVER CAUSING PROBLEMS
Don't let our lack of updates on the Hannover side of things deceive you. The away side have played well in this first half so far and have had plenty of half chances in and around the box. Weydandt is proving a nusance for Diallo and Weigl, with his hold up play, as well as the pace of Müller and Sarenren-Bazee. There are certainly chances to be had for the visitors.
32'
DORTMUND NOT HELPING THEMSELVES...
The home side have produced a number of misplaced passes and unforced errors in their own half already in this first period. While they are trying their best to be as quick as possible in attack, it's been often the case that the first pass has been rushed by the defence.
23'
HAKIMI GIVES DORTMUND THE LEAD!
Great interplay from the left wing into the box as Hakimi plays the ball to Guerreiro, and it's returned to him immediately on the edge of the box. The full-back takes another couple of touches to compose himself before curling the ball into the far bottom corner!
22'
REUS OFF THE POST!
Piszczek plays a perfect through ball to find Reus' run behind the Hannover defence, and he clips the ball at goal beyond Esser's reach, but it clips the outside of the post and goes clear of goal. That's as close as either side have come.
21'
REUS WITH THE CHANCE OF THE GAME SO FAR!
A quick break from Dortmund after winning possession up the pitch. Götze has the ball moving towards the Hannover box, and finds Reus ahead of him with two Hannover defenders for company. The German shoots at goal with a forced effort which goes agonisingly close over Esser's crossbar.
19'
SANCHO SHOOTS...
But this time, doesn't score. Guerreiro found the Englishman on the edge of the Hannover box, but he couldn't hit the target with his curling shot over the bar.
14'
DORTMUND TAKING CONTROL OF THE BALL
It had been the away side getting on the ball most often in the opening quarter of an hour, but in the last few minutes the home side have begun to find their feet. And with that, possession of the game is beginning to be controlled.
9'
WEIGL CLEANING UP IN DEFENCE
A moment of madness from Hakimi as he loses the ball in midfield to two Hannover forwards. Nicolai Müller won the ball, but Weydandt brought it forward towards goal. His touch was poor, though, and Julian Weigl got across brilliantly to slide the chance away.
5'
FIRST CHANCE FOR BVB
A nice run from Sancho has him reach the right corner of Hannover's half, but he's drowned out by two Hannover defenders and gives the ball back to Piszczek. The Pole whips in a cross to Delaney, who heads at goal, but with nowhere near enough power to beat Esser.
2'
WEYDANDT FORCES A SAVE FROM BÜRKI!
Albornoz's cross is perfectly weighted into the box for Weydandt, and he sends a powerful header towards goal. But Bürki reacts superbly and palms the ball away to the left of his goal.

HERE WE GO!
We're underway in Dortmund with the home side kicking from left to right in the first half.

THE TIME HAS COME
The players are out on the pitch and we're now just moments away from kick-off. The atmosphere is palpable in the Signal Iduna Park, with a packed away end as well thanks to the Hannover fans.
THREE CHANGES FOR HANNOVER
Andre Breitenretier has made just three changes to his side which lost 1-0 at home to Werder Bremen last weekend. Sarenren-Bazee, Ostrzolek and Fossum all come in to start in Dortmund, with Hannover the underdogs today, but obviously hoping to get something from the game - as they did in the reverse fixture.
REUS RETURNS!
Dortmund's captain missed the trip to RB Leipzig last weekend with an ankle injury, but has been passed fit to start for Dortmund today. He returns to the line-up in place of Maximillian Philipp as the only change to Lucien Favre's side. Julian Weigl remains in defence, partnered by Abdou Diallo.
