BACK UNDERWAY
A half-time change for the away side with Ridle Baku on for Kunde. The young midfielder scored in Mainz' last trip to Dortmund, can he do the same today?

FOUR MINUTES ADDED TIME!
It's all Mainz here with Dortmund shutting up shop.
86'
HOW HAVE MAINZ NOT SCORED?
What an insane situation there as Bürki looked to make three or four scrambling saves on his line. The first from Ujah's header, the rebound from the substitute but the ball bounced back out and Ujah had a third go but the ball was stuck on the line with Bürki holding onto it. Absoloutely incredible.
83'
GAME ON NOW!
A scramble in the box after Bürki made an outstanding save to his right from Onisiwo's header. The ball bounced out only as far as Hack, who smashed it low towards goal, and it was poked home by Quaison at the back post.
81'
REUS HITS IT WIDE
A huge chance to seal the win for Reus and Dortmund as Sancho breaks away down the right wing after a lovely one-two with Götze. He then cuts the ball back for the oncoming captain, who can only clip the ball wide with a poor effort.
78'
AKANJI MOVES TO THE RIGHT
Dortmund's defence now looks like this: Akanji, Weigl, Zagadou, Diallo.
68'
MAINZ NOT SHYING FROM THIS
The away side are not allowing Dortmund any possession here, and the home side are in fact struggling to get out of their own half with the ball in their control. Perhaps only a matter of time before their pressure pays off with a goal...
63'
ONISIWO HITS THE POST AGAIN!
The ball squeezes through the Dortmund defence from the edge of the box and Quaison's stretched touch slows it enough for Onisiwo to get on the end of it. He then pokes it at goal past Bürki, but it bounces back out off the post.
58'
WOLF SHOWS HIS BITE
A powerful low shot towards goal is sent by Marius Wolf from just outside the box, and forces Müller into a solid save at his near post. Both sides doing plenty of attacking and plenty of shooting so far.
54'
BOETIUS STINGS BÜRKI'S HANDS
The Dutchman's free-kick from all of 30 yards out travels low towards the goal, but Bürki is down well to make sure he's behind it and he gathers the ball at the second time of asking.
49'
MATETA HEADS AT BÜRKI
A cross is swung into the Dortmund box and Mateta leaps above Weigl to reach it first, but his header loses power in the challenge and falls straight into Bürki's hands. The away side certainly aren't giving up on this game yet.

SUPER SANCHO!
The Englishman has been the difference-maker so far with two goals to put Dortmund in the driving seat, and putting the pressure back on Bayern Munich away at Fortuna Düsseldorf tomorrow. What will the second half bring?
43'
ONISIWO HITS THE POST
Mateta is played in down the left wing with space to run into the box. He looks up and finds Onisiwo in the box, and plays him the ball, which Onisiwo flicks towards goal with a nice spin but the ball clips the outside of Bürki's post.

SANCHO'S SEASON STATS
Games: 29. Goals: 10. Assists: 13

BRUUN LARSEN DRAGS WIDE
Superb from Dortmund again as Witsel wins the ball in midfield and sends Dortmund away. Göltze fires a beautiful pass across the edge of the box to Bruun Larsen, who then skips beyond Martin and fires a shot at goal, but he's dragged it well wide of goal.
25'
IT'S THAT MAN AGAIN!
Lovely movement from Dortmund as Götze, Reus and Delaney all combine to send the Danish midfielder down the left wing. He cuts the ball back into the box where Sancho has pulled away from his marker. He hits the ball on his left foot, it deflects off Niakhate, and beyond Müller.
18'
SANCHO GIVES DORTMUND THE LEAD!
Wolf's long ball to Götze down the right flank is brilliant, and so is his touch on his chest to bring it down. He then looks up and crosses to Sancho at the back post and he smashes the ball through Müller, and into the back of the net.
14'
BIG SAVE FROM MÜLLER
Pure class from Sancho who dances his way past a couple of Mainz defenders before dinking a cross into the middle of the box to meet Bruun Larsen's run. The Dane volleys the ball at goal, but Müller's reflexes save the day as he tips the ball away from goal.
10'
BRUUN LARSEN FIRES WIDE
The Dane's shot is from distance but doesn't trouble Müller in the Mainz goal. It came from a nice flick from Sancho to Götze, who then found Bruun Larsen. The Englishman has been heavily involved so far for Dortmund.
6'
OFF THE POST!
Sancho plays a short corner to Götze and he turns and crosses to the near post. The ball bounces off Latza and onto the far post before bouncing clear. Dortmund starting well here. Delaney then sees his header go into the hands of Müller from the corner.

UNDERWAY IN DORTMUND!
The title race will take another swing this evening, but which way?

READY FOR ACTION
The atmosphere in Dortmund is incredible as 'You'll Never Walk Alone' rings around the Signal Iduna Park. The Yellow Wall is packed to the rafters and Dortmund are ready to go top of the Bundesliga again with a win. Mainz are standing firmly in their way, and now exactly how to win here having done it on the last day of last season.
NO GUERREIRO OR PULISIC
Two players missing for Dortmund are Raphael Guerreiro and Christian Pulsic who have both been training this week, but neither are fit enough to play a part today. Mario Götze starts in attack, with Weigl coming in for Zagadou as the only change from the 5-0 defeat at Bayern last time out.

HISTORY ON DORTMUNDS SIDE
These teams have met 25 times in the Buncesliga over the years, with Dortmund taking maximum points on 14 occasions, while Mainz have won just four matches. Interestingly, the most recent of Mainz's victories was a 2-1 triumph in Dortmund last year - BVB's last home league defeat.
FAVRE TAKING NOTHING FOR GRANTED
"We need to look ahead, and that's it," he said on at his pre-match press conference on Friday. "Now the focus is on Mainz. The Bayern game was hard to get over, but you have to move on, there's nothing else you can do. Mainz beat a team 5-0 [Freiburg] that had drawn 1-1 with Bayern."
SCHWARZ WARY
Mainz coach Sandro Schwarz is travelling to Dortmund well aware his side are underdogs, but nevertheless determind his side not simply roll over. "We're not assuming that we're going to have a lot of possession," the 40-year-old said at his pre-match pres conference. "We'll need to keep things simple, make use of our counters and be direct. Dortmund will be up for it and they'll want to get the Bayern game out of their system. It's a difficult challenge for us as they'll keep coming at us with 80,000 fans behind them. We need to be ready for that. There are still six games to go in the title race and they can still do it. We're aware of that, but want to impose ourselves on the game too."
BVB IMPERIOUS AT HOME
The chances of Dorrtmund winning today are high given their record at the Signal Iduna Park this season. They are the only side unbeaten on home turf in the Bundesliga this term (W12 D2 L0) and average 3.2 goals per game there. Mainz have been warned.
ONUS ON DORTMUND
The big question today is how Dortmund will react to last week's bruising Klassiker defeat to Bayern Munich. They have the chance to return to the top of the table, for a day at least, with Bayern not in action until Sunday's visit to Fortuna Düsseldorf. Can Lucien Favre's men bounce back here with a statement victory of their own?
