SECOND HALF BEGINS

We're back underway in Mönchengladbach without any changes for the second half.
83'

GUERREIRO FIRES WIDE!

The full-back drags a shot wide as Dortmund continue to press forward for a third goal of the game. BVB remain in total control of his game with time now running out, with a disappointing end to the season for both these sides.
71'

BAYERN 4-1 UP...

The league leaders are heading towards the title, and Franck Ribery has scored to make it 4-1 against Frankfurt. Dortmund have done all they can here so far, and are in total control of this game with time running out for Gladbach to push into the Champions League spots.
70'

REUS' BEST DORTMUND SEASON

The Dortmund captain has now scored 17 goals in a Bundesliga season for BVB for the first time. He has 18 goals in one season for Gladbach, but has never scored so many goals for Dortmund before.
58'

OFF THE POST!

It's all Dortmund now and it's almost 3-0 for the away side. Sancho powers his way towards goal and looks for a teammate, but the ball deflects off Elvedi and then bounces across the line off the far post into Sommer's grateful hands.
54'

CAPTAIN MAKES HIS MARK

A lovely move from Dortmund as Götze breaks through in midfield and finds Sancho, who then plays Pulisic in behind on the right. The American caps off his final games in Dortmund colours with a pass across goal for Reus to tap home.

REUS FINDS SOMMER

A big chance for the captain again as he is found with an inch of space in the home side's box, but the No.11 can only find Sommer with his shot.
50'

REUS FIRES OVER

Sancho does superbly to create space on the left side of the Gladbach box. He stepovers past a defender and finds Reus on the run, but the German fires over a shot with his left foot.
49'

FRANKFURT ARE LEVEL

News from Munich is that Haller has scored for Frankfurt and it is level in Munich: 1-1 as it stands. Bayern remain on course for the title.

VAR CHECK!

We have checked to see if the ball did go out of play or not when Reus kept it in on the byline. The decision is that the ball stayed in play and the goal is given.

SANCHO GIVES DORTMUND HOPE

The Englishman's expert finish as given Dortmund a half-time lead in Mönchengladbach. At the moment, it will be just not enough to win BVB the title as Bayern lead 1-0 at the break against Frankfurt. But with 45 minutes to play, and each of the four sides involved with something to play for, it's going to be a bumpy ride.
45'

SANCHO DOES IT!

Reus is the creator of this goal. He latches onto a long ball forward looks to cross. It bounces back and is about to roll out of play, but the captain keeps it in play and finds Sancho at the back post. He smashes home to give BVB the lead.

SHOOT IS THE CRY...

Reus breaks into the Gladbach box with a mazy run, dancing past two or three defenders. He then finds Pulisic, and the ball bounces around the box with Witsel also looking to hit it at goal. But no effort was taken by the away side with Sommer still untested.
39'

ELVEDI HEADS OVER

Traore's cross to the near post is perfect and meets Elvedi's run following a set-piece. He glances a header at goal, but it loops over Bürki and the goal posts in the process.
37'

REUS HITS THE SIDE-NETTING!

A free-kick from the left corner of the box curls towards goal, but just too far as it clips the side-netting of Sommer's goal.
36'

ATTACK ROTATING

Reus, Pulisic, Sancho and Götze are all moving in and out of their positions here, trying to create space and cause problems for the Gladbach defence. A superb home defence so far.
30'

FAVRE CALMING HIS SIDE DOWN

A lack of movement in attack so far from BVB, which has meant that Sommer's hands have not felt the ball in anger from the visiting side. No shots on target from the away side in the opening 30 minutes.
23'

PISZCZEK HEADS WIDE

Another chance in the away for the visitors with the Polish full-back able to get his head on the ball from the set-piece. But it glances wide from his head.
22'

DEFENCE WINNING THE DAY

Both attacks are struggling to create space so far, but Gladbach have certainly had chances. Traore hitting the woodwork and far more half chances than BVB have been able to create so far. But, as was the case in the first 10 minutes, the away side are still enjoying more of the ball.
14'

HOFMANN HAS A GO...

The former BVB midfielder takes aim from all of 30 yards out and keeps his shot low, but it goes past the post with Bürki diving to save it.
12'

OFF THE WOODWORK!

Traore is afforded far too much time and space as he cuts inside from the right wing onto his left foot and curls at goal. It beats Bürki, who can only stand and watch, but bounces back out off the post.
10'

DORTMUND STAYING CALM

The players do likely know that Bayern are ahead, but they remain in control of this game on the pitch. Enjoying most of the ball - albeit in their own half - it has been a confident start from Favre's side.
7'

REUS' HEADER...

The man with the armband will be disappointed with himself as he is alone in the box on the end of Pulisic's cross, but can't get the right contact on his header to take it towards goal.
6'

BAYERN LEAD...

The league leaders are ahead against Frankfurt, and the news has reached the fans in Borussia-Park. The home fans with loud roars as their rivals go behind. Dortmund's players remaining calm on the pitch.
4'

SHOT BLOCKED

Thorgan Hazard battles his way into the Dortmund box, breaking through a number of tackles before earning a shot on goal. It's blocked though, by the BVB defence.

UNDERWAY IN GLADBACH!

The game is underway at Borussia-Park and the atmosphere is, as you'd expect, unreal.

ALL COMES DOWN TO THIS

Dortmund know they can only do so much today. The rest is up to what happens in Munich, with the title out of their hands. Can they do it, or will Gladbach seal a fantastic place in next season's Champions League group stages?

SANCHO A KEY?

The Englishman returns to the starting line-up today after beginning from the bench against Düsseldorf last week. He will start from the right flank, with Reu next to him in the middle and Pulisic to the left. A deadly trio behind Mario Götze who will surely score at least once in Mönchengladbach today. But how many will the home side grab?

TIME FOR HAPPY FAREWELLS?

Dieter Hecking will say goodbye to Gladbach today in his final match as the club's coach. It will be his 99th match, while Christian Pulisic will play his last game in the colours of Dortmund before leaving the club. It will be his 90th Bundesliga match for Dortmund.

HAZARD STARTS!

After scoring his first goal of 2019 against Nuremberg last weekend, Thorgan Hazard is on the hunt for a happy ending to the year for him and the Foals. He starts in attack alongside Ibrahima Traore and Josip Drmic. Support from the bench comes from Plea, Herrmann and the rest.

REUS RETURNS!

The Dortmund captain returns from his two-match suspension to captain the Dortmund side against his former employers in Gladbach. Christian Pulisic keeps his place after two goals in two games for his final outing in black and yellow. Paco Alcacer is on the bench, ready to add to his record 12 goals as a substitute already this season.
