LEVERKUSEN MOVE EIGHTH
The visitors wrap up all three points and it will be hard for Wolfsburg to argue that it wasn't deserved. Bellarabi and Paulinho with the goals to end Wolves' 12-match unbeaten run in the league as they slip to 10th.

GAME OVER
This time Paukinho does seal the win, breaking clear as Wolfsburg push in search of an equaliser before coolly slotting beyond Parvan to make it 2-0.

SHOULD BE OVER
Pauinho, just on as a sub, should wrap up the win but Pervan makes a good save with his legs. Five minutes added on.

SO CLOSE!
Just 10 minutes to go and Weghorst has a great chance to level but can only nudge wide under pressure from Tah and Bender. You expect the Dutchman to bury those and his look of frustration says it all.

WOLVES ROLL THE DICE
A second change for the hosts as Steffen comes on for Klaus who has caused Wendell problems out wide but just lacked a final ball on a couple of occasions. Time running out for Wolfsburg to get something from this.

WILL WE SEE ANOTHER GOAL?
We have around a quarter of the game remaining here, with both sides pushing for a goal. Wolfsburg have brought on Brekalo to try and liven up their attack but Leverkusen have a pretty strong foothold on proceedings currently.

JUST WIDE
Suddenly, Leverkusen have come to life and Amiri nealry doubles their lead but his left-footed effort goes narrowly wide. This game is beginning to open up now.
55'
"SQUARE IT!!"
Again, Wolfsburg find space down the right and if Klaus can centre it then Weghorst is unmarked for a tap-in. The cross is easily collected, though, and it remains 1-0 to Leverkusen. Wolves well on top.

GOOD SAVE!
Arnold hits a swerving left-footed drive on the half volley from 25-yards through a crowd of players but Hradecky parries away for a corner. A good start to this half from the hosts.

ONE CHANGE AT THE BREAK
Diaby replaces Leverkusen goal-scorer Bellarabi for the second half. No word yet on the reason for the change but we'll keep you posted on that. You'd imagine it must be a knock considering how well Bellarabi plaed in that first half. If so, it's a second injury-enforced sub for Leverkusen already after Havertz went off earlier.

LEVERKUSEN GOOD VALUE
It's safe to say Leverkusen have been the better side and deserve their lead thanks to Bellarabi's 25th minute effort. Wolfsburg, meanwhile, have been more the side without a win in six games in all competitions than the one unbeaten in 12 league matches at home.

HAVERTZ OFF
An enforced change for Leverkusen as Havertz is replaced by Baumgartlinger. It's due to a knock but hopefully nothing of major concern for the 20-year-old who is so important for both club and country. Germany coach Joachim Löw is in the stands today and will be keeping a close eye on those developments.
38'
WIDE WOLVES
The hosts have been struggling to break down Leverkusen so far but they are having some luck in the wide areas. If they can carve out a good delivery when they get beyond the Leverkusen full-backs then Weghorst is just waiting to pounce.
32'
HAVERTZ CLICKING
The Germany international is at his best on the half turn, running at defenders and he does so in gorgeous looking fashion on the edge of the Wolfsburg box. It's a great tackle to deny him a shot and despite flutters of a penalty appeal, there is nothing doing. A warning sign of Havertz's undeniable ability, though.
26'
BRILLIANT BELLARABI!
Superb stuff from the Leverkusen winger gives the away side the lead. Bellarabi wins the ball out on the right, rides two tackles and sweeps home to put Die Werkself in front. Persistance the key and a good finish in the end.
23'
WOUT GOES CLOSE
This time Weghorst gets in front of his man to meet Klaus' cross from the right but he can only volley wide. Wolves getting some change down the Leverkusen left.
19'
OUCH!
A coming together between Bender and Victor sees both men briefly floored. That was a case of rock meeting hard place. Thankfully, both are fine to continue.
17'
CRUCIAL HEADER
Wolfsburg get in behind Leverkusen's defence on the home side's right and Weghorst is about to head into an empty net but for a fine intervention from Bender. If the Leverkusen man missed that it was 1-0 to the hosts.

LEVERKUSEN ON TOP
The visitors may be four Bundesliga matches without a win but they have started the brighter here. With that said, they haven't been able to create anything of real note in front of goal, something coach Bosz has bemoaned in recent weeks.
5'
EVEN STEVENS
Both sides are finding their feet in the early running and it's Leverkusen who have the first shot in anger as Bellarabi fires across goal but wide from the right-wing.

HOME COMFORTS
Wolfsburg may have lost their unbeaten league record to Borussia Dortmund last time out but they are unbeaten in their last 12 Bundesliga home games (seven wins, five draws). It is currently the longest streak in the league and while it bodes well for their chances tonight, their last loss at the Volkswagen Arena came against - you guessed it - Leverkusen.
A LOOK AT THE TABLE
As we edge nearer to kick-off, let's take a quick look at the Bundesliga table as it stands. The hosts currently sit ninth and a win could take them as high as fourth despite going six games in all competitions without a win. As for Leverkusen, they are one place back from Wolfsburg and a win today would move them back into the top-half.
