THE FORM OF GOALRETZKA
It's Leon's 6th goal of the season. All of which have come in the second half of the season.
86'
GORETZKA WITH A WINNER!
A big, big goal for Bayern and it comes right at the death. A pass out wide to Pavard is not picked up by the Gladbach defence and the Frenchman is free to ping in a low cross. Goretzka's run is perfect to meet it and he slots the ball in past Sommer before running away to celebrate in style.
84'
STINDL NOW UP FRONT
With Embolo off, it's now Stindl and support from Hofmann leading Gladbach's attack. Neither side having the ideal forwards on the pitch that they would like for the crucial minutes of this game.
81'
WILL WE SEE A WINNER?
Neither side is risking too much here to push on for victory, but that could change with time ticking on...
77'
WRIEDT ON
It's not a debut, but almost a second one for the 25-year-old forward. Usually in Bayern's second team, Wriedt is on for his first outing in the Bundesliga since November 2017, which was also against Gladbach, and ended in a 1-2 defeat.
76'
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, KING
We almost forgot to wish Bayern's Kingsley Coman a happy 24th birthday today, coming on from the bench in this second half.
75'
FINAL 15...
Gladbach are back on top of this game again now, with fantastic passing and movement keeping them on the ball all over the pitch. But Bayern's defence is standing firm and without Thuram or Plea, it's proving difficult for the away side to get power behind their attack.
70'
WENDT ON
A more defensive move from Gladbach as they take off a winger for a full-back. The substitute immediately heads onto the left flank, with Benseibaini dropping into a three-man defence alongside Ginter and Jantschke.
69'
LAINER IN THE BOOK
A late challenge on Coman and Lainer is shown a yellow card.
67'
GNABRY FORCES A SAVE
The ball bounces across the Gladbach box and Gnabry's volley at goal is deflected along the way, but Sommer is down well to his right to push that one away.
65'
BAYERN BUILDING
After a slow start to this second half, the home side are beginning to pick up pace again. Pavard heads over from a Kimmich corner and they continue to press Gladbach into their own half.
62'
DOUBLE CHANGE
If Bayern wanted fresh legs, they don't get fresher or faster than Coman and Davies. For them, Hernandez and Cuisance go off.
57'
CALM UNDER PRESSURE
Gladbach are doing superbly to keep the ball moving up the pitch under both the pressure of Bayern's players, and playing at the Allianz Arena. They have been the better side in this second half so far.
54'
MORE FROM HERRMANN
Another Gladbach break led by Embolo who once again has Herrmann in support. He shoots hard at the near post this time and forces a good save from Neuer.
53'
ALMOST FOR GNABRY
A fantastic ball from Kimmich cuts through the Gladbach defence into their box to meet Gnabry's run, but his first touch lets him down and the Foals can clear.
50'
HERRMANN FORCES A SAVE
Another break for the Foals as Embolo finds Herrmann on the right side of the box after a long ball from Ginter. The pass is just a touch ahead of Herrmann though, and he can only slide an effort straight at Neuer.
48'
SUPERB FROM NEUER
The Bayern 'keeper denies Gladbach going ahead with quick footwork. A cross from the left can only be parried down by Neuer and the ball is loose in front of Stindl, but Neuer is able to kick the ball away from the ground.
46'
SECOND HALF UNDERWAY
The ball is rolling again in Munich and we've had a half-time change. Nico Elvedi has gone off with a suspected injury and been replaced by Tony Jantschke.

ADDED TIME
We're into three minutes of added time here at the end of the first half.
39'
CUISANCE HEADS WIDE
A great chance to go ahead again immediately. Hernandez reaches the Gladbach byline in the box after a lovely run down the left, and his dinked ball into the box finds Cuisance in front of goal, who looks to head it back across Sommer but instead misses the target and is left with his head in his hands.
37'
GLADBACH LEVEL!
There's the goal Gladbach had been pushing for and it comes from the unlikeliest of sources. Herrmann is away down the right and sends a low cross into the box aimed for Hofmann, but Pavard is there to block it, but can only slide the ball past Neuer and into his own net.
33'
NO NEED TO PANIC
Gladbach have made a fine start to this game, They've controlled the majority of the ball and had as many attempts on goal as Bayern so far, but one mistake has them behind. Marco Rose will want to make sure his players' heads don't drop after the miss opportunities for Hofmann and Embolo.
29'
DON'T SLEEP ON JOSHUA
What a season Zirkzee has had with his very little time on the pitch. That's four goals in just over 200 minutes this season, and his second goal from as many starts in the league. The perfect back-up for Lewandowski, and still only 19 years old.
26'
ZIRKZEE POUNCES
A nightmare for Sommer. He takes a pass from Elvedi and looks to play it back across the pitch from right to left, totally miscuing his pass and sending it straight to Zirkzee, who duly slots it into an empty net with Sommer away to the right side of his penalty area.
25'
EMBOLO CAN'T BELIEVE IT!
Moments later and Gladbach have an even better chance to score. Embolo heads at goal from Herrmann's cross and it's saved on the line by Neuer, but falls right back to the substitute to surely put into the net, but he instead hits it wide from just two yards out...
23'
WHAT A CHANCE!
Lucas Hernandez had to put Bayern ahead there, but he had to beat Yann Sommer... A superb dummy from Perisic sends Hernandez's pass to Zirkzee on the edge of the box. He looks to return it to Perisic, but it bounces through into the box for Hernandez to run onto and shoot at goal on his right foot, but Sommer saves superbly down to his right to deny him.
21'
EVEN STEVENS
Both sides have had comfortable possession in defence, but have been able to keep the ball further up the pitch which is a credit to the two defences on show. Just one shot on target so far in this game, besides the disallowed goal from Jonas Hofmann.
16'
HOFMANN OFFSIDE
It was checked and overturned by Video-Assist, but Gladbach have had the ball in the Bayern net. Embolo with a near-perfect pass through the Bayern defence for Hofmann who raced through and slotted across Neuer. But the German was offside when the pass was played.

BAYERN CONTINUE TO PRESS
One of the trademarks of the league leaders under Hansi Flick has been their fantastic pressing game. Even without Lewandowski and Müller it's the same so far, with the home side looking to force Gladbach - whose centre-back pair of Elvedi and Ginter are two of the most composed on the ball in the league - into mistakes.
12'
CUISANCE GOES CLOSE
Almost a goal against his former club. Kimmich flicks the ball into the box and Perisic chests down for Cuisance to volley, but it floats just over Sommer's crossbar.
10'
EMBOLO COMES ON
Sadly for Thuram and Gladbach, the Frenchman can't carry on. He's replaced by Breel Embolo who is also not fully fit, making his return from a calf injury.
9'
THURAM BACK ON...
He's back on, but Thuram continues to limp around the pitch here and he tries to continue on. We shall have to wait and see if he makes any improvements...
7'
THURAM DOWN
The Frenchman is taking treatment after what looked to be a muscle strain. He's heading to the side of the pitch for now and will look to continue.
4'
CUISANCE AT NO.10
The Frenchman is supporting Zirkzee in attack, with Gnabry to his right and Perisic to his left and both Goretzka and Kimmich in central midfield.
2'
4-2-3-1 FOR FOALS
It's Thuram alone up front this evening, with Lars Stindl as the No.10, Jonas Hofmann to the left of him and Patrick Herrmann to the right.

HERE WE GO!

CUISANCE AGAINST HIS FORMER SIDE
The French midfielder left Gladbach last summer to join the defending Bundesliga champions, and makes his first start in the Bundesliga for Bayern this evening against his former side.
UNDER THE EVENING SUN
It's a glorious evening in Munich with the sunshine beaming down on the Allianz Arena. Hopefully we'll have a red-hot 90 minutes of football to go with it...
WHAT'S AT STAKE?
For Bayern it's clear. Their seven-point cushion at the top has been reduced to four, but a win today will keep them on course to clinch the Bundesliga title next weekend at Bremen. For Gladbach, this game is just as important. The Foals are level on points with fifth-placed Leverkusen - who face Schalke tomorrow - and need to make sure they stay ahead of their rivals for the final spot in the UEFA Champions League for next season.
REVERSE FIXTURE MEMORIES
The battle that took place on Matchday 14 at Borussia-Park was one of the games of the season so far. Ivan Perisic put Bayern ahead on 49 minutes before Ramy Bensebaini equalised on the hour-mark for what made for a thrilling ending. Martinez brought down Thuram in the box in the 90th minute and Bensebaini stepped up with the game on the line to slot the spot-kick past Manuel Neuer and send the home fans into raptures. He starts again today, and will be looking to keep his record against Bayern perfect.
BAYERN'S BOGEY TEAM
Gladbach have won three of their last five meetings with Bayern. Ramy Bensebaini - with his only Bundesliga brace - sealed a 2-1 win for the Foals with a stoppage-time penalty in the reverse fixture. With Herrmann and Stindl, the Foals have two players who love playing the champions. Stindl has been directly involved in a goal in five of his seven games against Bayern with Gladbach (three goals, two assists). He was won four, drawn one and lost just two of those games, while Herrmann has won more games against Bayern for Gladbach (six) than any other Foal before him.
NO MÜLLER OR LEWY
In Lewandowski (30 goals, three assists) and Müller (seven goals, 20 assists), Bayern will be without the two players responsible for 66 per cent of their Bundesliga goals this season. Joshua Zirkzee is an able replacement though and proved his worth twice this season with game-winning goals at Freiburg and Wolfsburg in consecutive games in the first half of the season.
BAYERN TEAM NEWS
Four changes for Hansi Flick to his side that won 4-2 at Bayer Leverkusen last weekend. Both Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Müller are suspended, with Ivan Perisic and Joshua Zirkzee coming in. Michael Cuisance also starts in midfield with Kingsley Coman dropping out, while Alphonso Davies is given a rest after starting each of Bayern's last 28 games in all competitions with Lucas Hernandez starting ahead of him at left-back.
GLADBACH TEAM NEWS
Just the one change today for Marco Rose, and it's an enforced one. The suspended Alassane Plea is out and replaced by Christoph Kramer, who drops into holding midfield with Florian Neuhaus and Jonas Hofmann either side of him. Patrick Herrmann, Lars Stindl and Marcus Thuram lead the Foals' attack at the Allianz Arena.
NO TITLE FOR BAYERN TODAY
It could have been today that Bayern got their hands on an eighth consecutive Bundesliga title, but celebrations are on hold for at least another week. Erling Haaland scored a 95th-minute winner at Fortuna Düsseldorf to give Borussia Dortmund all three points, thus closing the gap between the top two to just four points with three games still to play after this weekend. Bayern can win tonight and next week, however, and clinch the title against Werder Bremen.
