Sancho and Reus come off now with their jobs done here in Leipzig, being replaced Tigges and Brandt.

This is sensational football from Dortmund and especially Erling Haaland. Reus plays him in behind the Leipzig defence which Haaland races onto and he takes it around Gulacsi before slotting the ball home. He is unstoppable.

We don't see that often as Sancho and Haaland exchanges pass around the Leipzig box with Haaland set up for a shot, but he's sloppy with his shot and it's easy for Gulacsi to gather.

Dortmund break with Reus down the left who looks for Haaland in behind, but Upamecano denies him with great defending to nudge him off the ball.

This game has burst into life in the second with Dortmund the architects of that. High pressing and fast build-up play has seen them cut through Leipzig time and time again.

Dortmund in dreamland here as BVB take a two-goal lead. Fantastic dribbling from Haaland who weaves past two or three Leipzig players before finding Sancho on the left. Haaland races into the box and Sancho curls the cross to him at the back post and Haaland leaps high to nod it home.

Zagadou on for Delaney here and he appears to be into the defence which has gone to a three-man backline with Akanji and Hummels.

Huge chance for Haaland but he can't beat Gulacsi who makes an incredible save. It's a fantastic pass from Sancho which plays Haaland in on goal and he smashes a shot at goal from close range, but Gulacsi gets a touch on the ball to push it onto the crossbar.

Dortmund work the ball wide across the Leipzig box and Can is on the left, who finds Guerreiro inside him. A first-time shot curls at goal but it loops over Gulacsi and his net. Dortmund starting this second half superbly.

Fine play again from Dortmund with Reus found by Guerreiro in the box. His touch is a lay off to Sancho, who plays it across further to Haaland who shoots at goal but has his effort blocked. Lovely, speedy interplay from Dortmund.

His second goal of the season in as many games and Dortmund are flying at the start of this second half. Haaland races away in space down the right and spots Reus to his left. Reus superbly flicks the ball to the back post despite being in front of goal, knowing Sancho is in space behind him. One touch to control before the winger places home his shot past Gulacsi!

The Dortmund corner that follows is headed over by Can with Gulacsi looking stranded.

Great start to the second half as Sancho races to the edge of the Leipzig box down the left before playing a through ball for Reus to run onto. His shot is saved by Gulacsi at his near post.

Leipzig's pressing has stopped slightly and Dortmund are making the most of it with more time on the ball. It's been difficult to keep the ball pushing forward still, though, as they look to get Haaland involved.

The first caution of the game is handed to Delaney for a tactical foul on Forsberg in midfield.

Emre Can is on in place of Witsel here early in the first half.

The Belgian goes down with a knock to his left foot here. It does not look good for him with what appears to be an Achilles problem.

Dortmund are doing well to keep Leipzig from creating clear-cut chances, but they are making unforced errors in possession and giving the ball way too easily when they do win it back. Sancho and Guerreiro the most recent to play stray passes.

The Dortmund No.9 frustrated by a late through ball played to him, which in the end saw him called offside. He's finding space to run in behind the Leipzig defence so far but no opportunities have come up for the perfect pass to be played.

The winger is drifting centrally so far, playing right behind Haaland with Reus and Reyna either side of him. We're used to seeing him on the wing, of course.
