BAYERN TOO GOOD
Four first-half goals, despite being a man down - that is the stuff of champions. Bayern restore their four-point lead at the summit, following another Lewandowski procession. He scored three times - Gnabry got the other. A trip to Leipzig is next up on 3 April, though the record champions will be without Davies and Boateng - sent off and booked respectively at the Allianz Arena.

ALMOST A FIFTH!
Bayern move the ball really well - it's training ground stuff from them now - but Goretzka's first-time effort from the edge of the D whistles over. Mr. Muscles started the move in midfield - that was almost the perfect finish.

OVER FROM EMCM!
Choupo-Moting receives the ball at his feet inside the Stuttgart box. He spins away from his marker, but shanks wide on his weaker left foot. Big chance!
73'
SANE!
Oooof! Sensational interchange between Müller and Sane once more. Sane takes aim from 18 yards, but his fierce effort sails over with Kobel at full strength. It's testament to his performances of late that is was Gnabry and not him taken off earlier.

HAT-TRICK HERO
Bayern fans worldwide are on their feet as Lewandowski makes way. Three first-half goals, and 35 for the season. Gerd Müller's 40-goal record edges ever nearer.
64'
LEWANDOWSKI!
He's human! Pavard carries the ball up the right and finds Lewandowski 12 yards from goal. It's bobbling, he takes it first time - and scoops over!
61'
LIKE-FOR-LIKE
What luxury for Bayern - goalscorer Gnabry is off, on comes 2019/20 UEFA Champions League match-winner Coman.
59'
MAVROPANOS!
Another cross causes trouble for the Bayern defence. Mavropanos wins it at the back post, but his lopping header doesn't remotely trouble the commanding Neuer.
53'
KALAJDZIC!
Gonzalez means business on the Stuttgart left. He break away and crosses for Kalajdzic, whose close-range header finds the gloves of Neuer.

BAYERN RUNNING RIOT
The Champs' 'Tequilla' blares out around the Allianz Arena at the break. Visitors Stuttgart might need a few shots after this. Despite being a man to the good, they're four goals down to a rampant Bayern.

HAT-TRICK!
Bayern nip a promising Stuttgart spell in the bud. Sane break clear, cuts inside and finds Goretzka on the edge of the box. The ball breaks free for Lewandowski, who darts into the area and fires into the bottom corner. Incredible stuff from the 10 men of Bayern!

SILAS CROCKED
Silas Wamangituka can't continue. He twisted an ankle earlier, and needs help off the field.

STRAIGHT AT NEUER
Bayern lose possession, but Ahamada's low drive from the edge of the box is straight down the throat of Neuer.

LEWANDOWSKI!
It's three. Lewandowski is the scorer, the Bayern striker powering an unstoppable header from Müller's inviting cross into the net. Kobel barely moved.
23'
GNABRY!
Take a bow, Bayern! Müller and Sane trade passes in the Stuttgart area. Sane could shoot, but returns the ball to Müller. He squares to Gnabry, who side-foots past Kobel. The Stuttgart defence just parted - that was special. Straight off the training ground!

LEWANDOWSKI!
Stuttgart trail the 10 men of Bayern. The visitors don't quite clear their lines as Sane shifts the ball back to Gnabry, who took that earlier corner, on the left. He fires in a ball towards the near post, where Lewandowski slides in ahead of two defenders to prod beyond Kobel. That's his 269th in the Bundesliga, putting him outright second in the all-time scoring charts. It's also his 33rd this league season!
17'
SANE!
Bayern are two-on-two in the Stuttgart half. Lewandowski is sandwiched by two white shirts, so Sane goes it alone. A deflection takes his effort wide...
15'
KALAJDZIC!
Chance for Stuttgart! The ball comes in to Sasa Kalajdzic, but he's got Süle for company. The Bayern man does just enough to put off the Bundesliga's tallest player, and his header is straight at Neuer.
13'
DAVIES SENT OFF!
Well, well. Referee Daniel Schlager takes another look at that incident - it was studs-up from Davies, and he's shown a red instead. Flick is seething. It looks like Alaba will go to left-back for remainder. Can Stuttgart make their man advantage count?
11'
LATE FROM DAVIES
Davies' touch lets him down. In his attempt to recover, he catches Endo late. Clear booking for the Canadian. Moments earlier, Ahamada put an effort wide following a tidy Stuttgart move in the Bayern half.

GORETZKA!
Big chance for Bayern. Arriving from deep, Goretzka exchanges passes with Alaba. It opens up for him as the Stuttgart players back off, but his drive from 20 yards drifts wide. He's not happy with himself - should have at least tested Kobel by his standards!
7'
GOOD HUSTLE
Alphonso Davies does really well to win back possession in midfield, retaining the ball on the stretch under heavy pressure before finding a teammate. "Bravo, Phonzy!" comes the cry from the Bayern dug-out.

SPECULATIVE
Naouirou Ahamada drives wide from 20 yards. No trouble for Neuer whatsoever. Big day for the Juventus-owned teen...

TRADITIONAL COLOURS
Bayern are all in red, Stuttgart in white. If Stuttgart can get a result, it would add another layer of intrigue to Bayern's trip to title rivals Leipzig in their first game back after the international break.
キックオフ
THE TABLE
Bayern's lead at the top has been cut to a point, following second-placed Leipzig's 1-0 triumph in Bielefeld yesterday. Stuttgart can climb to seventh with a win - they've won six of of their 13 away matches in this season's Bundesliga. Only Bayern have recorded more victories on the road (nine).
THE BAYERN VIEW
"Stuttgart's style of play is focussed on possession. They have a lot of intelligent players in midfield and players with a lot of speed in the final third. We have to adapt well to that. It's important that we try to dominate the game, to bring our quality into the game. That's the job of the team. We want to go into the international break with a win." - Flick
THE STUTTGART VIEW
"We're currently in a very good position and we're close to our goal for the season. That allows you to play with a certain energy. We want to be able to hold our own in Munich, we should trust in our strengths. We have to break our opponent's rhythm. When Bayern have space to put passes together, they're difficult to defend against. If we don't have the courage to want to play football, then it will be difficult to compete in Munich." - Matarazzo

WATCH: SPEED DEMONS - DAVIES VS. SILAS
PREVIOUS FIXTURE
Bayern came from a 20th-minute Tanguy Coulibaly goal down to beat Stuttgart 3-1 earlier in the season. Kingsley Coman and Lewandowski turned the tables on VfB late in the first half, before Douglas Costa wrapped things up late on.

STUTTGART 1-3 BAYERN - MATCHDAY 9 HIGHLIGHTS
THE MATARAZZO EFFECT
Stuttgart's swashbuckling brand of football continues to prove a match for anyone in the Bundesliga, and has the club firmly on course for a second successive season of top-flight football with nine rounds of fixtures remaining. Pellegrino Matarazzo's charges are 15 points clear of the relegation zone, and only four adrift of the European qualification spots, in eighth place. The American is doing quite the job in this his first full season as coach, following a stint working under Julian Nagelsmann at Hoffenheim. Sky Germany have just revealed he also did a seven-week internship at Bayern under Pep Guardiola. No wonder the New Jersey native is such a tactics fiend.
STUTTGART DANGER MEN
Sasa Kalajdzic has scored in seven successive games to take his Bundesliga debut season tally to 13 goals. VfB have only lost once during that run, whilst winning four. Croatian left wing-back Borna Sosa has furnished four of the 6'6" striker's eight efforts during that run. Silas Wamangituka is on 11 for the campaign, despite going six games without a goal.
LEWANGOALSKI
Lewandowski's effort in Bayern's 3-1 win at Werder Bremen marked his 268th in the Bundesliga, putting him level second with Klaus Fischer in the all-time scoring charts. Müller remains the gold standard with 365, but his 40-goal haul of 1971/72 is within reach. Lewandowski is on 32 league goals for the campaign, and has found the target in each of his last 15 top-flight matches in a row.
MORE ON THAT BAYERN TEAM
Manuel Neuer returns in goal after missing Bayern's midweek win over Lazio in the UEFA Champions League last 16. Leroy Sane retains his place on the wide right, despite Kingsley Coman's return to fitness. Benjamin Pavard starts at right-back, while Niklas Süle partners Jerome Boateng in the centre, with David Alaba moving into midfield to cover for Joshua Kimmich, who has a cold.
MORE ON THAT STUTTGART TEAM
With Orel Mangala sidelined, 18-year-old Naouirou Ahamada makes his full Bundesliga debut. Tanguy Coulibaly gets the nod ahead of Philipp Förstner in attack in the only other change from the 2-0 win over Hoffenheim last weekend.
