He enjoyed an historic stint in charge of the Sinsheim club, overseeing 136 matches between February 2016 and June 2019, before joining Bayern, via a successful spell at RB Leipzig. The Sinsheimers - who peaked with a third-placed finish under Nagelsmann in 2017/18 - begin the weekend in fourth place, only two points behind the second-in-the-table defending champions.
