AMAZING FINISH

What a game that was! Gregoritsch's first-half goal looked highly likely to have won the game for Freiburg until an insane final 13 minutes. Home goalkeeper Flekken's crucial error to allow Bynoe-Gittens's stoppable strike in turned the entire match on its head. With Streich's men wobbling, Moukoko and then Wolf added the killer goals to send the visiting fans wild.

What an insane game! Dortmund looked unlikely to get anything from this encounter just a short time ago and now they are cruising to three more points. Wolf comes in on the right, cuts back outside and fires into the corner.

BVB THREATEN AGAIN

Wolf's pass in for Bynoe-Gittens shouldn't reach Dortmund's 18-year-old but it does. He's not ready and the ball deflects off his left foot and away from danger.

WOLF BLAST

Marius Wolf receives the ball on the right and wallops an effort at goal. The shot flies high and wide. Dortmund are on top here.

FLEKKEN ERROR

Well, well, well. BVB are level and it's their substitute Bynoe-Gittens who has found the equaliser. This one is all about goalkeeper Flekken, however, the Freiburg custodian flapping at a save-able shot which looped in under the crossbar.

The weight of history is very much on Dortmund's side in this fixture, with BVB winning 29 of the 47 competitive meetings to date, compared to Freiburg's six. That said, the Black Forest club are unbeaten in their last three games at home against Dortmund, recording two 2-1 wins and one 2-2 draw.

TEAM NEWS - FREIBURG

The hosts don't have quite as many bodies in the treatment room, although with Lucas Höler (metatarsal), Lukas Kübler (thigh) and Kevin Schade (abdominal) they are missing three potential starting candidates. Christian Streich's side are likely to field a couple of summer newcomers again too: both Ritsu Doan and Michael Gregoritsch were on target in the win over Augsburg last weekend.

TEAM NEWS - DORTMUND

There are several big-name absentees for BVB this evening, including Karim Adeyemi (toe), Sebastien Haller (testicular cancer), Matheu Morey (match fitness), Gio Reyna (match fitness) and Niklas Süle (muscular). However, summer signing Nico Schlotterbeck is set to start against his former club, while Anthony Modeste, recruited this past week as a replacement for Haller, should lead the line up top.

THE STAKES

Both teams have won each of their two competitive games so far this season: Freiburg overcame Bundesliga 2 side Kaiserslautern after extra time in the DFB Cup first round before thrashing Augsburg last week, while Dortmund eased past 1860 Munich in the cup and then earned a narrow 1-0 win over Bayer Leverkusen last weekend. As such, both teams will be keen to maintain that momentum at this early stage. Dortmund, in particular, will be keen to lay down a marker as they bid to launch a sustained title tilt this term.
