Off the post!

Weiser challenge
This has developed into one of those heroic, backs-to-the-wall style endings to this game from Bremen. Goalscorer Mitchell Weiser makes a huge challenge to deny Coman inside the area.

Half-time: Bayern 0-0 Werder
Some whistle as the teams head in for half-time but that's credit to Werder, who have worked their socks off here, and not just in their efforts to keep Bayern at bay. Manuel Neuer has had to pull off a sensational stop while Ole Werner's men also had a goal ruled out during a frustrating half for the hosts.

12'
Weiser on the move
Mitchell Weiser embarks on a a lovely run and the home fans let their impatience known. Werder are looking very threatening on the counter while Bayern have yet to click. Weiser's pass hits Njinmah's heel and the move breaks down.
10'
Upamecano alert
Weiser feeds Woltemade, who is muscled out by Upamecano when very well placed inside the area. Really important challenge from the Bayern defender there.
8'
Big Werder chance
What a chance this is for the Green-Whites! The lively Njinmah finds Jens Stage in space and suddenly the Danish midfielder only has Neuer in front of him. Stage's shot is saved by the Bayern captain. Stage panicked a bit there. Coach Ole Werner throws his hands to his head.

Kane angles one in to the onrushing Sané, who shoots low first time. Michael Zetterer deals with that effort with relative ease.

Bayern team news
Thomas Tuchel, meanwhile, may also have some issues to contend with. Dayot Upamecano and Matthijs de Ligt needed to sit out training and could therefore be unavailable, and Serge Gnabry is not yet ready to return to the fold as he continues his recovery. Noussair Mazraoui and Kim Minjae are also unavailable - they are representing Morocco at the Africa Cup of Nations and South Korea at the Asian Cup respectively.
Bremen team news
Ole Werner will be without several players for this tough task. Ducksch will be joined by Leonardo Bittencourt, who is also suspended, on the sidelines, while Naby Keïta is representing Guinea at the Africa Cup of Nations. Elsewhere, Amos Pieper continues to recover from a broken ankle and will therefore also be absent.

Kane on course for history
To say Harry Kane has settled quickly into Bundesliga life would be something of an understatement. The 30-year-old had already hit the back of the net 26 times in 23 games for the club in all competitions, netting 22 in 16 in the Bundesliga. As such, he has Robert Lewandowski's single-season league record of 41 goals in his sights, and he is on course to beat it by six!
Head-to-head
In recent years, Bayern have very much enjoyed playing against Bremen. Die Werderaner are without a victory in their last 33 games against Der Rekordmeister in all competitions, and have lost a remarkable 26 of the previous 27 meetings. You have to go back to 2008 for Bremen's last triumph, a 5-2 league victory at the Allianz Arena. They will be hoping to end the drought with a memorable win here.

Following their 3-0 victory over Hoffenheim on Matchday 17, Bayern flew to Faro in the Algarve to enjoy a spot of warm-weather training. They will be there until Thursday, with head coach Thomas Tuchel explaining that the trip gives the squad the opportunity to train in more detail.
