Five added minutes
Not a 5-1 game at all - but Frankfurt will clearly be very happy to hear the whistle.

Boniface on the spot!
It's a rout! Boniface steers the penalty down the middle after Trapp had already committed to his left.

Penalty?
Boniface gets away from his man and squares a pass into the Frankfurt area for Frimpong, who's beaten to it by Knauff. There's a murmur of a penalty - the referee is going to check this one...
85'
Close!
Knauff sneaks in ahead of Frimpong, but a couple of deflections take the sting out of his attempted shot. Tah gets the last of them, poking the ball narrowly wide of the upright.

Final change
Puerta, 20, is on for his sixth Bundesliga appearance. The Colombian spent the second half of last season at Bundesliga 2's Nuremberg.

Triple change
Credit to Frankfurt - they're still on the attack as Buta, Bahoya and Ferri take to the field for the closing minutes.

Frimpong adds a fourth!
A beautiful team goal that surely puts the game beyond Frankfurt. It starts with Hincapié winning back the ball in his own half, before some brilliant passing through the midfield sets Hofmann free up the left. He bends a superb pass around the last defender for the unmarked Frimpong to slam home from close range.

More trouble for Frankfurt...
... as Frimpong replaces Tella. Tah also joins the action, with Andrich moving into his preferred midfield role, now Xhaka's gone off.

Frankfurt switch
Knauff adds some extra pace to proceedings as Nkounkou makes way. Larsson's also on for Skhiri in a like-for-like change in midfield.

Inches away!
Dina Ebimbe gets away and drives a come-and-get me cross towards the back post, but Marmoush can't get to it.

Frankfurt applying the pressure
The hosts are asking all the questions, and trying to get balls into the Leverkusen box whenever the opportunity arises. The was a penalty shout following one such moment just now, but the referee waved play on.
61'
Double change
Boniface is on in the lone striker's role, while Hincapié replaces the impressive Arthur at left-back. What a squad Alonso has at his disposal.

Leverkusen extend lead!
Palacios calmly sends Trapp the wrong way from the spot to give Bayer daylight.
57'
Penalty!
Arthur does really well again on the Leverkusen left. His cross is behind Tella, who is unnecessarily pulled over by Nkounkou as he motioned to chase the ball.
54'
Safe hands
Frankfurt get the ball into the Bayer area for Marmoush. He lays it off for Götze, but a loose touch allows Hrádecký to gather.

Leverkusen retake the lead!
Just when they look to be up against it, Leverkusen go in front. Hložek does really well after Xhaka's initial cross towards Tella is cleared. He wriggles away and hangs up an inviting cross, which Schick meets with a towering header.
43'
Absolute sitter!
Ekitiké beats Leverkusen's high defensive line with a cute pass for the run of Marmoush. He only has Hrádecký to beat, but clears the crossbar by a mile with a shot that will give him nightmares later tonight.
40'
Quick feet
Marmoush stands up Kossounou before whipping a low shot from a tight angle straight at Hrádecký. The Eagles suddenly have their tails up...
37'
Right idea
Marmoush runs in behind the Leverkusen defence, but his first touch is a little heavy and Hrádecký is able to gather.
33'
Equalising goal!
Frankfurt play a short corner to Götze, who shifts the ball inside for Chaïbi. His cross beats the entire Leverkusen defence, with Ekitiké all alone to steer a downward header past the goalkeeper from eight yards. Three in as many games for him!
31'
Hofmann!
Leverkusen's No.7 sizes up the Frankfurt goal from 18 yards, with his low shot taking a deflection and forcing Trapp into a diving save.

Cleared!
Hofmann sets up a glorious chance for Leverkusen, but Palacios takes it off the toe of the waiting Hložek, allowing Koch to get a tackle in. The Frankfurt defender then throws himself in front of Hofmann's follow-up attempt. Eintracht are hanging on...
20'
No takers!
Frankfurt are caught cold trying to play out from the back. Tella is on the loose ball in a flash, but he can't find a teammate with his cross. Could, and perhaps should, have been 2-0!

Pick that out!
The unbeaten champions lead in Frankfurt. Arthur does really well to get into a crossing position on the left. His pass is deflected back out to Xhaka, who bends a wicked first-time strike beyond the despairing dive of Trapp from 18 yards.
10'
Deflection!
Pacho gets a crucial touch on Xhaka's goal-bound drive to take it just past Trapp's left-hand post. The resultant corner is cleared.
8'
Scrambled clear
The break is on as Andrich concedes possession in his own half. The shot's on for a moment, but Andrich recovers to clear before the flag goes up for an offside against Marmoush.
7'
Wing threat
Leverkusen attack for the first time with Tella, who wins a corner off Nkounkou. It's played short to the former Southampton youngster, whose next attempt at a cross has too much on it and sails out of play.
5'
Another corner
Frankfurt are targeting Arthur on his first Bundesliga start as Ekitiké runs up the right and swings over a cross that's put behind. Again, the ensuing delivery is comfortably dealt with.
3'
Into the box
Dina Ebimbe wins the game's first corner, but Chaïbi's delivery is cleared. Frankfurt are yet to score from a corner this season.
2'
The conductor
Alonso's up in the main stand. He'll be able to communicate with his assistants on the touchline.

Goals guaranteed?
No pair of Bundesliga teams have ever met so often - 77 times - without playing out a goalless draw.
More on those teams
Nkounkou and Chaïbi replace Buta and Knauff in the only changes to Frankfurt's 2-1 loss at Bayern. Leverkusen are without the suspended Alonso, who makes eight changes to the team that won in Rome. Arthur, Hložek and Hofmann are among the players rotated in. Wirtz and Grimaldo are rested altogether.
Frankfurt starting line-up
Trapp (c) - Tuta, Koch, Pacho, Nkounkou - Dina Ebimbe, Götze, Skhiri, Chaïbi - Marmoush, Ekitiké

Leverkusen starting line-up

Will Leverkusen make it 48 unbeaten?
Leverkusen stretched their record unbeaten streak to 47 consecutive fixtures with a 2-0 win away at Roma in midweek and are now looking to make it 32 in the league and 48 in total without loss this season. Standing in their way are Frankfurt who would guarantee a sixth-place finish if they claimed all three points today.
