Great finish!
Kiel pull one back through a fine strike from Harres, who drives into the box and slams a low shot into the corner. It's too little, far too late from the visitors though.

Done and dusted
This is another lovely goal. Treu plays a wonderfully disguised pass into the feet of Eggestein, who turns inside the box and applies a left-footed finish. A goal to go with his two assists today!
84'
Afolayan again
The attacker chases what seems to be a lost cause on the left but wins the ball ahead of Becker. He darts into the box but seems to get caught in two minds about whether to shoot or cross. He ends up doing neither as a defender nicks the ball off his toe.

Now or never
Time is running out for Kiel to get something from this game. They've only had one shot on target so far, and that was the penalty Arp missed.

Next change
Guilavogui, scorer of Pauli's second goal, limps off clutching the back of his right thigh. He's replaced on the field by Sinani.

Attacking changes
Kiel have nothing left to lose here so are throwing caution to the wind with a couple of attack-minded substitutions in a bid to get a foothold in the game. Might that offer opportunities on the counter for Pauli?

Worrying trend
KIel have conceded at least two goals in each of their away games in the Bundesliga this season. They have also let in a league-high five goals in transition after losing possession.
62'
Afolayan making mischief
The Pauli forward drives down the left, goers around his marker on the outside and looks to cross into the middle, but a covering defender blocks for a corner.

Superb counter!
What a goal. Guilavogui is the scorer but much of the credit should go to Afolayan, who does brilliantly to spin his marker in the middle of the pitch before driving forward, holding off a challenge. He slides the ball to his left for Eggestein, who immediately plays in Guilavogui, arriving in the middle of the penalty area. He sweeps home with his first touch for his first ever Bundesliga goal.

Scrappy start
The action has largely been concentrated in the middle of the pitch so far in this half, with neither side able to wrestle control just yet.

Chaos in the box
A Kiel corner towards the near post causes the home side a headache as they struggle to clear but they just manage to squeeze the ball out of play before Erras can pounce from close range.

Here we go again!
Pauli get the ball rolling again - no changes from either side as yet.

Saved!
Vasilj guesses the right way, diving to his right to keep out Arp's waist-height effort.

Penalty to Kiel!
Saliakas' attempted header back to Vasilj lacks power and allows Holtby to nip in. He flicks it around the goalkeeper and is brought down - a clear penalty if ever there was one!

Where do Kiel go from here?
The promoted side haven't won away from home in the Bundesliga this season, drawing two and losing three. They have scored eight goals on the road though, so all is not lost.

Off the line
The Boys in Brown go close to grabbing a second as Kiel struggle to clear a ball into the box. It sits up for Boukhalfa at the back post but Erras slides in to clear his shot off the line!

Lift off!
Pauli finally have their first goal on home turf this season and the stadium erupts! Afolayan does well down the left and passes to Eggestein, who takes a touch and lays the ball off to Saliakas, arriving on the edge of the area. He drills a brilliant first-time strike low into the net, in off the bottom left-hand post.

Erras to the rescue
Pauli venture down the right again and again find space to cross. This time only a long, outstretched leg from Erras prevents the home side getting a shot away.
18'
Probing
While Kiel looked incisive in the opening few minutes, Pauli have settled now and are beginning to settle into a rhythm as they get forward with more regularity.
15'
Positive from Pauli
Irvine gets behind the visiting defence down the right and although his cross into the middle is dealt with by the defence, it's a good sign for the hosts that they were able to find space in a dangerous position for the first time.

Remberg again
The visitors get forward well and Remberg again has some space, around 25 yards out. He shoots once more but this effort is nowhere near as close as his first one and sails into the stands.
4'
Bright start
Kiel may be just a couple of points off the bottom of the league but they have started with confidence here, perhaps aware that this match against a direct relegation rival presents a glorious opportunity to climb the standings.

Peeeep!
Kiel get the ball rolling and have a shot at goal almost immediately but Remberg's long-range effort after just six seconds spins narrowly wide.

Out on the pitch
Handshakes and pre-match formalities are currently taking place. We'll be under way very soon.
Pauli unchanged
The home side also suffered defeat last time out, losing 2-0 at Gladbach, but head coach Alexander Blessin has kept faith with the same 11 players that started that game.
Three changes for Kiel
Magnus Knudsen, Finn Porath and Fiete Arp all come into the team today following last week's 3-0 defeat against Mainz. Tymoteusz Puchacz, Shuto Machino and Steven Skrzybski are the players to make way. The former two are on the bench but Skrzybski is absent with a cold.

We're 11 games into the season and St. Pauli are still awaiting a first home win of the season. Kiel, meanwhile, have yet to win away in this, their first ever campaign in the top-flight.

St. Pauli's serious shifts
No side in the Bundesliga has covered as much ground as Pauli so far this season - 1334 kilometres. Kiel are bottom of that metric on 1067km.
