VITAL WIN FOR DORTMUND
They had enough chances to win two or three games, and they made it count in the end tonight. Dortmund coming back from 2-1 down to win 3-2 in the 92nd minute, as well as a Sancho assist and Reus goal to show all the inspiration for a full title race.

REUS HAS DONE IT!
Incredible. Incredible. What an end to this game as Sancho flicks the ball into the box from the left wing and Marco Reus opens his body to glance it into the net. And that brings the title race into another week...

FOUR MINUTES OF ADDED TIME
Will we see a winner in Berlin?

DELANEY SMASHES THE BAR!
The ball is played across the edge of the box for Delaney to strike and strike he does, sending a thunderbolt towards goal. But it's always rising, and bounces over off the crossbar.
85'
TORUNARIGHA SENT OFF
Pulisic plays Hakimi in behind the Hertha defence, and he is pulled down by Torunarigha, who is shown a second yellow card and sent off.
82'
STARK IS STRONG AGAINST PULISIC
Dortmund break again with a 4-on-3 and it's lead by Pulisic. The American has options left and right, but tries to beat Stark on his own, only to be tackled superbly by the German international.
79'
HOW HAVE DORTMUND NOT SCORED?
Dortmund break in numbers and Pulisic has the first shot, blocked with the ball rolling to the back post to Sancho. He clips the ball to the back post and Hakimi controls before shooting at goal, but it's blocked again, before the ball goes before for a corner which Hertha clear. No idea how Dortmund have not gone ahead in this second half.
75'
AND AGAIN: PULISIC HAS TO SCORE!
Reus breaks into the box from the right wing and cuts the ball back into the box. Pulisic is racing to meet the ball at the back post, and the goal is open for him to tap home, but he fails to connect with it properly on his left foot and the ball goes wide of goal. Dortmund will be kicking themselves if they don't score again here.
74'
PULISIC AGAIN!
Once again the winger works some magic with dribbling to beat defenders on the edge of the Hertha box. He then shoots at goal again, but this time it's straight at Jarstein.
71'
PULISIC DRAGS A SHOT WIDE
The American does well to gather and control the ball in the box, and turns back with options around him in the box. He decides to shoot at goal instead, but drags his shot wide at the near post.
62'
THIS COULD GO EITHER WAY
Don't take your eyes off this - or if you're following our live blog here, don't take your eyes off your screen - because this game is going to have a special ending, that's for sure. Either side could grab the winner and with so much time still to play, we could have more than one goal to come.
59'
SANCHO SCUFFS HIS CHANCE!
Duda appeals for a penalty from Diallo challenge, but it's not given and Dortmund break. Sancho is played in behind the Hertha defence and through on goal, and he opens up to curl the ball into the far corner but scuffs his chance well wide of goal. A huge opportunity for BVB to go ahead and Sancho falls to the floor in disappointment.
56'
GRUJIC HITS THE POST!
Incredible stuff here in Berlin as the home side break forward with Kalou down the right. He cuts the ball back to Duda, who in turn finds Grujic on the edge of the BVB box. He cuts onto his right and curls a shot at goal, but the ball bounces back out off the post with Bürki defenceless.
54'
BRUUN LARSEN FORCES A SAVE
Again the Danish youngster is denied by Jarstein as he collects Sancho's pass on the edge of the box and shoots across goal. Jarstein's save almost fell to Reus in front of goal, but it drifted just beyond his control.
51'
OUTSTANDING START TO THIS HALF!
Dortmund have started this second half in the perfect way with Zagadou's goal, but chances have fallen for Sancho and Pulisic as well. But Hertha aren't going away quietly, as they've had a cross go across goal teasing the Dortmund defence. It's nail-biting stuff in Berlin!
49'
SANCHO GOES SO CLOSE
Reus does superbly to beat Stark with a dribble and cut the ball back across to Sancho, but he can't find the target as the ball is blocked behind for a corner which Hertha cleared.
47'
ZAGADOU HEADS US LEVEL!
Pulisic almost scored a wonder goal having cut inside from the left wing, nutmegging Lazaro and having his shot saved by Jarstein. Zagadou then headed home superbly from Sancho's corner to give Dortmund the perfect start to the second half.

KALOU PUNISHES BVB
Two mistakes from Dortmund, both punished by Salomon Kalou. The Ivorian first pounced on Bürki's fumble before he converted from the penalty spot after Julian Weigl had handled the ball in the box, raising his arm to block a cross. Thomas Delaney's strike keeps BVB in the game, but there is a lot of work to do if they want to turn this game around.
43'
SANCHO GOES CLOSE
Fantastic pass from Diallo down the left wing for Sancho, who then cuts in behind Lazaro and into the box before curling a shot at goal. Jarstein is equal to it though, palming the ball away and watching his defence clear it at the second attempt.
35'
NO MISTAKES FROM KALOU!
The Ivorian completes his double brace, scoring twice in the first meeting between these sides earlier in the year and again today. He sends Bürki the wrong way with his spot-kick.
34'
PENALTY HERTHA!
Duda's cross is deflected off Julian Weigl's hand, and the penalty is given.
30'
NEITHER TEAM TAKING CONTROL
Both teams look comfortable with the ball in their own defence, but neither is able to keep it once they take it forward into the opposing half of the pitch. Dardai and Favre both look frustrated on the touchline, with the game still very much opening after half an hour.
22'
BRUUN LARSEN AGAIN!
Reus collects the ball after a poor header from the Hertha defence and sends Bruun Larsen in on goal. He shoots low across goal, but Jarstein is equal to it and makes a vital save. Two opportunities already for the Dane to score, but to no avail.
15'
DELANEY AND A DEFLECTION
Thomas Delaney runs through the midfield unopposed and takes a shot at goal, but a big deflection off Karim Rekik takes the ball beyond Jarstein's reach and Dortmund are back level.
13'
BRUUN LARSEN FORCES A SAVE
The Dane takes a strike at goal from 25 yards out, and Jarstein has to get down low to push it behind for a corner. Hertha are able to clear the danger, but a good moment for Dortmund.
11'
NERVY DORTMUND START
Sancho has been on one run down the left wing, ending with a corner which also came to nothing after a poor cross from the Englishman. And in defence, it has not been convincing in these opening minutes. Lucien Favre will be screaming at his side to step up their game from here on in, with Hertha looking realitvely comfortable so far.

KALOU POUNCES ON BÜRKI'S MISTAKE
The Dortmund goalkeeper dives down to save a shot from Mittelstädt, but can't handle the ball properly and parries it into the middle of the goal for Kalou to tap home. A perfect start for the capital club!
3'
GRUJIC HAS OUR FIRST SHOT
Nice build-up down the right between Kalou and Lazaro, and it's the Austrian full-back who lays the ball off for Grujic to strike at goal. The ball goes straight at Bürki, and he handles well in the conditons.

WE ARE UNDERWAY
And it is Jacob Bruun Larsen leading Dortmund's attack up front, with Sancho, Reus and Pulisic in support.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOR DARDAI?
The Hertha coach turns 43 today, but can he celebrate his big day with a win against Borussia Dortmund? It would be the perfect birthday present...
SET-PIECES THE KEY?
Five of the last seven goals that Hertha have scored have come from set-pieces, while 41 per cent of the goals Dortmund have conceded this season have come from set-pieces. Will this add up for a set-piece night in the capital?
REUS LEADING THE ATTACK?
We will have to wait and see who is leading the Dortmund attack, with Marco Reus, Jacob Bruun Larsen, Christian Pulisic and Jadon Sancho going forward. It could well be that the skipper is leading his young trio of helpers to try and get Dortmund a vital win to return to the top of the table for at least 24 hours.
HERTHA STARTING XI!
Jarstein – Stark, Rekik, Torunarigha – Lazaro, Grujic, Maier, Mittelstädt – Duda – Selke, Kalou (c) SUBS: Kraft, Darida, Leckie, Klünter, Ibisevic, Plattenhardt, Lustenberger
DORTMUND STARTING XI!

DORTMUNDS AWAY RECORD
While Marco Reus and Co. have by far the best points haul at home this season (35; seven more than Gladbach), it has been a different story on the road, where they have just the fifth-best record in the league. They have earned 22 points from 12 games so far (W6 D4 L2), scoring 18 and conceding 10. Furthermore, they have won just once on their travels in 2019 (in Leipzig on Matchday 18), drawing two and losing one since then.
HERTHA AT HOME
The Old Lady have picked up points more often than not on their own patch this season, earning 20 of their 35 points there so far this term (W5 D5 L2). Their only defeats were against RB Leipzig in early November and against Wolfsburg at the start of February.
FAVRE: "HERTHA ARE VERY DANGEROUS"
Hertha may be down in 10th in the standings, but Dortmund boss Favre is taking nothing for granted against the club he managed between 2007 and 2009. "They're a very awkward team to play against," he said at his press conference on Thursday. "We found that out first hand when we drew 2-2 with them at home. They can play in a number of different formations, they're a dangerous team. They're very compact and get forward very quickly when they win possession. We'll need to put in a top performance and will have to play intelligently."
HEAD-TO-HEAD
Dortmund do have the upper hand historically, though. Of the 66 competitive meetings between these sides, BVB have won 30 to Hertha's 18, with 18 draws. Dortmund have scored a whopping 116 goals in that period, conceding 87.
CAPITAL WOES FOR DORTMUND
Dardai was right when he mentioned his side's recent home record against Dortmund, as the Black-and-Yellows have struggled at the Olympiastadion in the Bundesliga of late. They are without a win in their last four league visits (D2, L2); the last time Dortmund took maximum points was on 10 May 2014 when a certain Robert Lewandowski scored a brace in a 4-0 win.
DARDAI: "WE CANT MAKE ANY MISTAKES"
Speaking at his pre-match press conference on Friday, Hertha coach Pal Dardai gave his thoughts on the game: " We've played well at home to Dortmund recently. We don't want to give them any room to manoeuvre this time either. We need to fight for possession and then make the most of it when we have the ball. We're well prepared and know how significant the game is. The key will be to stay 100 per cent focused and to not make any mistakes. It would be nice for the club to get a good result."
SELKE FIT FOR HERTHA
Hertha Berlin forward Davie Selke has shaken off a knock sustained last week and is set to lead the line at the Olympiastadion today. However, head coach Pal Dardai still has a few absentees to contend with: Vladimir Darida, Derrick Luckassen, Julius Kade and Pascal Köpke are all out.
NEW-LOOK DORTMUND
BVB coach Lucien Favre will have to make a couple of changes to his side today. Midfield hardman Axel Witsel is out with an adductor muscle complaint, meaning Julian Weigl should be given a chance to partner Thomas Delaney in central midfield. Mario Götze is also absent (broken rib), and with Paco Alcacer and Maximilian Philipp also sidelined, Marco Reus could play as the team's lone striker today.
CHANCE FOR DORTMUND
Now that it's neck-and-neck at the top of the Bundesliga standings, any marginal advantage could prove beneficial in the title race. Dortmund have the opportunity to put Bayern Munich under pressure today, as BVB face Hertha Berlin away, while Bayern don't play until tomorrow. Can they go three points clear, even if just for 24 hours?
